This is a really good place to eat and the kindness and family friendly atmosphere is really nice. Mr IBS was amazing and kid friendly as well. Highly recommend to come here and the custard is amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.

The food was hot and exactly as ordered. The manager, Ibs, took our order for lunch and then our custard order. He was super friendly. Would have given a 5 for atmosphere but some of the tables were dirty. We will be back.

Came here for my first time and it was such an amazing experience. Ibs greeted me at the counter and he was very professional and efficient. Hospitality here is exceptional. It is close to Fort Knox and there is plenty of parking available. Highly recommend.

EEbs was great he is the nicest manager i have ever come across along with zoey, I think they call him the black Freddy’s. Anyhow me and my wife stopped in ordered some burger and fries and got excellent customer service in return, we highly recommend Zoey and Black Freddy

I originally had this place rated 5 stars, but after this experience I changed my rating to 1 star. I waited in the drive-thru for quite a while. Someone eventually told me to please hold, but the wait ended up being extremely long. I even tried speaking again afterward just to make sure someone was still there, but no one answered. After sitting there for so long with no response, I finally left. On top of that, the staff taking orders didn’t seem very friendly that day. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Our experience was great. Ibe’s (assuming the crew manager) attitude and hospitality made this trip to get a burger an extraordinary trip. He even came around to make sure our food was up to our standards. We need more people like this working in Food service and retail. Great trip to FREDDYS!!!

Military Mondays! (Colorado didn’t offer this special) hot and fresh EVERY SINGLE TIME! No issues with my app yet which was an issue in CO. I’ve always had amazing service at this & other Freddy’s locations! Ibs’s is the most friendly and helpful dude! I absolutely love coming here. The food and service is something to be desired at other establishments.
