I had a great experience at this Freddy’s location in Bartlett. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The steakburger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the custard was as always.
What really stood out was the customer service — the staff was friendly, patient, and kept the place clean and moving even during a busy time. You can tell they care about quality and the customer experience.

I dined in on Sunday and the food was good and the customer service of the workers was great. It was one of the female workers in particular( I forgot to get her name) who went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were good. She made the atmosphere pleasant. We will be back.

My warmly greeting my partner and I. She was very thorough with her introduction and very polite. They were having some technical difficulties and we only had tap and not enough cash to cover our total. Courtney told us it was on her tonight. As a food service worker I understand technology not always cooperating and I know it can be hard while trying to help customers. I truly appreciate it and will be returning for the wonderful service. Thanks again ladies and hope y’all have a wonderful night.

It was extremely expensive ($30 for 2 burger meals and a burger by itself) BUT they were extremely kind and the food is AMAZING!!! Since steak-n-shake has closed they are a welcomed place to take up the missing of a steak burger!! The food is extremely high quality and the burgers and cheese fries are huge with it!! Plus the seasoning and size of the food is definitely worth the price along with the amazing employees. They were so kind and very fast at making and serving the food with only the window being open not the inside. Also being a new fast food restaurant here, they were very helpful, kind and explained everything so wonderfully. This is rare for anyone who knows most places even dine in restaurants never are as helpful, patient, kind and very respectful and still fast as Freddy’s and they do so well at presenting thier food and explaining their start on their bags I would only be able to afford it rarely but I would 100% go there again and whenever possible. It was the best new and welcomed new restaurant that has opened here in the Memphis and Bartlett area that impressed me that much ever being new and the customers will be coming soon!! With such great employees!

Went there last night for dinner. Ordered a chili hotdog meal. The hot dog was cold, the bun was very crusty. The tater tots were over cooked. They were pressure washing the floors while we were there & while they fixed my drink in the back while the pressure washer was going on

When your tired of the Big 3 Burger places, Freddy’s is just enough different to make having a burger enjoyable again. The thin pattys remind you of a Dyers burger or a basic Krystal but cooked just right. (Not crunchy). Shoestring Fries are a bit different and Freddy doesn’t charge you for the dipping sauce like Whataburger does. I selected the double patty steak burger with bacon and my partner got the patty melt. God enough that we would come back. Maybe for the ice cream not time.

Drive Thru took 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries. They put a red sauce on the sandwich. It was not a good flavor the breading on the chicken was thick and gooey.. the chicken was cooked through. Just didn’t care for the breading or the red sweet sauce. The chili cheese fries were saturated.. I will stick to their milkshakes. I wish I had ordered one.
