We went to go get some concretes and their machine broke for vanilla ice cream. They went above and beyond to make it right, offering other flavors and even getting us an extra concrete for the issue. The associate was very apologetic and nice. The concretes were absolutely delicious and we were more than happy! Will definitely be back!

The food was excellent and filling. The portion size was huge, compared to most restaurants. I like the jalapeno fry sauce vs. regular fry sauce. The onion rings were hot. The burger was semi hot. I did not complain , since management and workers wanted to make sure everything ok.

Today i brought my family to Freddy’s for dinner. We were greeted when we came in. We placed our order and the food was at our table very quickly, so tasty, had to get the secret fry sauce. Overall, this was a definite recommend. Very satisfied

Jackie went above and beyond at our visit today. I went with my 1 year old and we were offered ice cream free of charge for my girl! She was very friendly and so nice!! The food was amazing, hot and fast! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!!

The burgers are just as good as Dyers, and half the price, and the fries are perfect. I ordered the exact same meal at Dyers in Collierville and paid $15 more there. I think I will stick with Freddys, and Mr. Martez was hustling today! The service was quick and friendly. The men’s room needs to be power washed because there’s juice all over the walls.

Got the jalapeno pepper jack burger. It was good, not quite as spicy as I was hoping for. I don’t know why this restaurant cuts its fries so fine. One feels like he is cramming them into his mouth as he eats.

Atmosphere doesn’t apply. I went through drive thru. I sat waiting for my order while she chatted on phone. Took my money still chatting on phone. Then handed me my food order without even asking me if I wanted any condiments. Had ordered onion rings, I like ketchup with mine. Never got the ketchup. Closed window again without even asking me if there was anything else or even thanking me. Had to get her attention by honking my horn. She forgot my drink. Told her I didn’t get my drink. She rudely asked me what I ordered. Told her diet with out ice. Filled it with lots of ice. Didn’t notice till I got home. Time I was there between 3:00 -3:30. Always had great service previously. Love ❤️ your food generally.

I received a sloppy cheeseburger with lots of mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes.
The onion rings were tasty, but the tea was too sweet and very watery. I told the lady about the tea.
I eat here a lot and I get the same meal every time. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Freddy’s.

Fast and courtesy staff! Order was perfect, fries were warm and the burger was amazing! Can’t wait to go back. Appreciated the kind and friendly staff. Hard to find customer service like this!
