We stopped by because we were down in Collierville and it was such a nice experience. We are in and it was very clean. We were greeted when we walked in. The person taking our order may have been new it wasn’t overly obvious but her colleagues were standing by to assist if need be they were all nice and helpful. The food was well prepared and delicious. The manager was in and he was extremely attentive his name is Keith and you can tell he cares about his business. It was more of a restaurant feel than a fast food place! I just appreciate the attention to detail that this location showed! Thank you for the good time!!!!

I have been to Freddies in 3 states because I love Freddies food and so do my kids. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff are great. Only the ones in Memphis are dirty though. I expected the Collierville to be better than Bartlett but it wasn’t. The rugs and floor look like they have not been cleaned in more than a day. The trash cans were filthy. The tables were not particularly clean either. You all can do better than this.

I shouldn’t have to clean my car after going to Freddy’s. I ordered a concrete and it was handed to me completely covered in chocolate. Didn’t even bother to give napkins before they shut the window… it got everywhere.

I ordered something with the mobile app and didn’t notice it sent to the Memphis Poplar Ave location until it was already paid for, and I couldn’t find any way to cancel it. The phone number for the other location also didn’t seem to work, but the staff here offered to make my order for me anyways. Absolutely delightful service. (Food’s great too; I got some o the new “tacos” and they were awesome)

Service could be so much better. You guys have young people working with no personality what so ever. Just dry, and you can tell they don’t wanna be there! There was so much salt on everything! What’s the deal with that. It’s not just this location. I haven’t eaten at Freddy’s for a long time because of that, and I see nothing has changed! The food would be good if not for the salt issue. I also ordered a small strawberry shake, and it tasted nothing like strawberries. Must be completely artificial strawberries. I will not eat here again because I don’t want to wipe off every french fri before I eat it.

Ordered in the drive thru at 6:44 pm for our family of 4. We finally received our food at 7:46 pm. Took over an hour to process the 5 cars ahead of us and our order. An hour! When I asked why it was taking so long I was told “well there’s only three of us” like I should have known better. I had to laugh when I saw in the food preparation area posted signs that said “4:45 turn time per order”. I should have checked my order before I left because when I got home I found the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered was the poorly made single burger pictured. Awful experience.

We had a horrible experience. I got a Patty Melt and the patty wasn’t even 1/4” thick. When you looked at the meat patty it looked like it had been burned and this was the scraped off top. I went the manager and was informed it was a steak burger. I held it up, and asked, are you sure this is a patty? Needless to say, the lady kept telling me that was normal. I tried a bite and it was just as bad as it looked and filled with salt. I will never go there again and I haven’t even told you about the ice cream.

This was my first visit to a Freddy’s Restaurant. Entering the dining room, I felt like I went back in time to the 1950’s. The only thing missing to make it feel completely authentic was a jukebox.
I ordered the California Style Double combo with onion rings. Being a recovering In-N-Outaholic, I was concerned that this combo would not fully satisfy that craving that the west coast Double-Doubles always had.
My combo was delivered to my table in a very reasonable time considering that it was made to order.
Honestly, I was shocked at the size and shaped of the hamburger patties. Freddy’s cooking technique includes squishing the patties flat. The result is a larger diameter yet much thinner patty that you would expect, and my first impression was that it looked unappetizing (boy was I wrong).
Taking my first bite, my taste buds went into overload trying to comprehend and distinguish what was this substance in my mouth. Hands down the best burger I have ever had the opportunity to taste.
The onion rings were very good, but honestly, the burger was so flipping delicious, all I wanted to do was keep it in my face.
While some of this review may seem exaggerating, it’s not. The whole dining experience has set a new level of expectation for future reviews of other restaurants.
I truly hope that this visit wasn’t just a fluke and that the planets and stars weren’t just in alignment and that this is status quo for operations. I’m already looking forward to future visits as Freddy’s has taken the crown as my favorite burger joint.

I really like Freddie’s double steakburgers and fries but this time we were there for their Signature Turtle Sundaes and they were great! Firm sweet custard covered in pecan halves and fudge with whipped cream and a cherry on top filled the cups! WOW they’re good! The place was super clean and the workers were helpful , friendly and always on the move. Service was really quick! You know it’s good when the employees eat their own cooking! We’ll sure be back!
