My girls and I love Freddy’s. The shoestring fries are delicious, each time we have gone, they have been fresh and hot (which makes them better).
The smash burgers are also delicious and my daughter likes the hotdog with cheese sauce that she can put on it and dip her fries in.
The Reese’s Royale is delicious and I got a birthday sundae (thanks Freddy’s) for my birthday and chose Heath.
The girl taking our order the last time we went was nice, she was patient and let me know that the combo is actually a better deal if you’re getting dessert (you can sub the concrete for the drink).
I hope they stick around! Stop by if you can! Everything we have tried so far has been good. 🙂

Service was top notch. Came here after a swim meet with hangry kiddos. Staff was understanding, didnt rush us as it was our first time here, and even brought the food out to us, as I am currently in rehabilitation on a injury.

It’s pretty rare I leave reviews, especially about a “fast food” establishment, but wow! From the moment I walked in I was so appreciative of choosing to eat here today.
The restaurant was squeaky clean from the tables, floors to the soda machine.
I was greeted immediately, the food came out quickly once ordered and the team even walked it over to me. I was seated and sidetracked . Later in the experience, the front cashier even came to check in and see how things were.
Food was great.
Overall a fantastic experience, unlike most places these days. Well done team. Thanks for caring about your jobs and the customers.

There was a piece of hair in my burger after ordering the double bacon cheeseburger. I bring my burger back, and the employee I talked to proceeds to remake it incorrectly two times. After I’m given the wrong burger twice, I just give up and eat the last one I’m given. The only silver lining to this experience was that another employee came up to my table with the correct burger and apologized for the mistake, hence why I’m leaving two stars. Freddy’s, if I wanted a piece of hair on my burger, I would have payed the upcharge required to get it. Please only add the toppings I requested for next time.

Very happy with experience that we had dining in at this new Freddy’s location. The employees were kind, respectful and helpful.
The food that we received was hot and fresh and tasted great! And most importantly the restaurant was clean and actively being cleaned while we were dining.
Defintiely will be back again for another visit!

This Freddy’s has the perfect combo of great food quality and great service! I’ve eaten here at all different times of day. Regardless of the time or how busy it is, the quality is always top notch!
In addition, the staff is always extremely nice! Unlike a lot of quick service restaurants, you can tell that both the managers and workers here care.
This visit I had the chance to try the pumpkin pie concrete and was pleasantly surprised that it actually tasted of true pumpkin rather than the artificial pumpkin spice flavor you get at so many places in the Fall.
I will happily continue to be a repeat customer.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a chain restaurant, but my experience today warrants kudos. I met my wife and kids here for a special lunch since they had a half day at school. The food and service was fine, they were quite busy. When we finished eating, I went back up to the register to order ice cream for the table, and the employee was having issues working the point of sale kiosk. She was frustrated and slightly embarrassed but I did not complain, I just waited patiently for them to be able to take the order of 3 cups of custard. It took longer than it should have and a line formed behind me; but she finally got it figured out. I didn’t think much about it because a lot of fast food places are struggling with staffing and training right now. However, when that employee brought my children their ice cream, she also dropped off a complimentary pint of custard to apologize for the inconvenience. What amazing customer service! We’ll be back!

I have been to this location on two separate occasions within the past month with zero complaints! Both times I did the drive thru. Both times after the lunch rush. Both times my original double meal was cooked too perfection! 5 star location! Highly recommend this Freddy’s!

The new manager was nice when he did the refund but steer clear of this place. The staff in the kitchen are clearly careless, vengeful, and should all be fired because they are giving out days old meat on “fresh “ orders. I could hear the battle ax running her yams in the kitchen. FIRE THEM AND BEGIN ANEW.
