This is the busiest that I have ever seen a Freddie’s and the service was phenomenal! The line was fairly long but the wait was short. The cashier knew what he was doing and it showed! Not only was he quick and efficient, he was very friendly and kind. He’s a testament to Freddie’s success. Kurt is a total blessing to this location.

Place was Packed.. Yet. Staff was amazing at handling it efficiently! Food was made to order. Even tho there were around 10 orders in front of Us, We got our “Made to Order” food in about 10 Minutes. It came out Hot. Was well seasoned and grilled to perfection! Prime rib steak burger was on Point!

My wife and I stopped by for a veteran’s combo meal card complimentary from this location on veterans day, but as we were on the way home from grocery shopping and had plans didn’t eat that day. Well today we went to redeem it and, maybe I missed the part where it said “not valid for drive-thru” but they made us go in to use it. Nbd, we carry-out all the time. Went in, placed the order for a patty melt. Filled my drink cup up, turned around, and the manager was telling us that the card was only for a double burger combo. I know for sure it didn’t say that on the card. But then the girl at the register let us add grilled onions and Swiss cheese, which is 80% of a patty melt, meaning this is an arbitrary decision made to assert control. I’m not in the mood or here to argue with management so we took what we got and left, but it’s apparently not enough that the government is jerking its Veterans around. Now the hometown workers have to tell their vets, yeah you get it free, but we’re gonna embarrass you for it! It was such an arbitrary decision that even the cashier didn’t know she couldn’t ring it up for us.

This is a busy but very well-run location. Even during peak times, the restaurant was clean, organized, and operating smoothly. I really liked the retro 1950s diner feel, with its red and white color scheme and checkered accents—it adds a fun, classic touch. There’s plenty of seating, with a good number of tables and booths that comfortably accommodate the crowd.

Even with a steady stream of customers, our food came out quickly and was made exactly as we ordered, including a modified burger with no onions. I ordered the Freddy’s Original Steakburger Combo, which comes with two thin, crispy-edged patties and melted cheese—classic smashburger style, and full of flavor. We also got a single Freddy’s Original with no onions, and it was prepared perfectly.
For sides, we had tater tots and shoestring fries, both served hot and crispy. They also offer cheese curds and onion rings, which gives you a nice variety to choose from. While I didn’t try any custard this time (not really my thing), the dessert options looked well-made and popular with other guests.

Stopped in for custard and boy was it delicious! I got like a strawberry cheesecake short cake custard and my boyfriend got the oreo one. We both got size small which was the perfect amount!
A great spot to grab something quick and the price was just right. The two small custard were just under 11 bucks! Can’t beat that!

I had a reeses shake you can get what’s called a concrete which means thicker and I will say this is the best shake I’ve ever had. It was like a sonic blast but 100 times better. There’s flavor in every bite . Everyone in my party i was with was very pleased and we all enjoyed our shakes. I am going to try there food next time cause there burgers look delicious. There is plenty of seating and the atmosphere is good for this type of environment. I highly recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Tennessee and this location. It was easy find off the highway and was very well lit. The line wasn’t long and the gal who took our order was extremely sweet and gave us some recommendations. She was not wrong we got the Freddie original, the California burger, fries, cheese curds, and hot cocoa shake. Everything was fresh and delicious. We got fry dipping sauce and fry seasoning which were both good. The burgers are a little salty but look homemade. If you download the app you get a free burger which we did and we got our free burger on our visit leaving town. Ten out of ten totally recommend the food here.

The food itself is 5 stars. I’ve never been to a Freddy’s before and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the actual burger was and the shoestring fries are very good. The service was also great and the food came out real fast considering it was busy.
The reason for the low rating here is the atmosphere. I don’t know if this is how it always is, but this location was BLASTING music at full volume. I am going here to eat not to be forced to listen to the red hot chilli peppers at a decibel level not unlike one of their live performances.
Tone down the music, or at least the volume (because I actually don’t even mind the red hot chilli peppers all that much) and I’ll order custard as well next time.

Freddy’s is such a convenient spot to grab a bite! You can order ahead on their app, go through the drive thru, or grab a seat and eat inside or outside. There’s plenty of seating (booths and tables) and lots of parking, including handicap spots.
They have Pepsi products on fountain and several choices of their famous Freddy’s custard. I ordered a patty melt (their burgers are smash style) with pepper jack cheese and shoestring french fries. Everything was so good definitely a 10/10!
I also love that they keep their signature fry sauce out where you can grab it yourself instead of having to ask. The restaurant is clean and they have public restrooms available. Overall, a great experience!
