A little better than fast food options. The smash burgers were very good, and the custard looked amazing. Wish I had room left for dessert.
The fries are like McDonald’s fries, only even skinnier -Im personally not a fan of that cut, but they were hot and a huge serving. Definitely split an order!

First off, this review as all are is based on my opinion of my experience. First time to a Freddy’s. The atmosphere is old time shake and burger joint styling with modern appointments. Staff was great, although we couldn’t hear the callout for our food. Inside was very clean including bathrooms – note that they are one person bathrooms. Price was ok. Some things that dropped my stars are the fries. They were good but there is so much that half got thrown away, seems like a wasteful proportion and I watched others do the same. I got the steak bacon sandwich which I thought was going to be a burger. It was more like a steakum sandwich. There was so much salt somewhere in the sandwich that I could hardly taste the meat. Minimal toppings are included (1 ring of onion, 1 pickle and a dollup of mustard). Got onion rings which were ok but did not stand out. My opinion of the food is that there are better values elsewhere. Definitely not a recommendation.

It was my first visit and it was great. The service was nice he helped a lot. I don’t normally like matchstick fries but these were hot and fresh and crisp.

My husband and I have been to several of the Freddy’s locations, both in Knoxville and Bowling Green KY and have loved it every time until we visited the Freddy’s in Powell. It was a new location very close to our home and we were very excited. However, we have tried this resteraunt 4 times and every time it was terrible. From service but most of all the quality of the food. It has been cold, as if it was sitting for hours, wrong order, twice and then it was so soaked in grease we’ve thrown the whole order away. We will not revisit this location. It is such a shame for such a great place to be run so poorly. Please get someone who cares about the franchise in there.

We stopped by Freddy’s late at night for some ice cream, and the team absolutely made our night! Even though it was close to closing, they were so friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You could tell they genuinely cared and took pride in giving great service. The ice cream was, of course, delicious—but the kindness of the staff was the real cherry on top. Thank you for making a simple late-night stop feel so special!

First time, as a traveler through the towns. Honestly, I enjoyed it. Service was fast, and the kids, (because most of them I felt were high schoolers) the kids did a great job. I even asked about a hotel in the area and was given good advice. Food was good, not great but certainly not McDonald’s bad. Enjoyable!!

The last 3 times I’ve been to this locations drive-thru, my fries have been cold. Today my double cheeseburger was in the bottom of the bag, in a bag not a box, squished under the cheese curds, fries (which were again cold), and tenders. At the get go there were issues and I chalked that up as being a new location but things have not gotten better.

We have ordered before and it was great, that’s why we ordered again. Sorry but this delivery was awful. Everything was cold and the bag wasn’t closed. Not okay, food was good but will never order delivery from your site again. Probably pick up or different delivery service.

We do not have this restaurant in my state but the smash burgers were absolutely amazing along with the shoe string french fries. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Prices were also very fair for what you get.
