Fast service, relatively inexpensive fast food. Surprisingly good smash burgers I actually ended up having a grilled chicken club but my husband’s obsessed with Freddy’s fry sauce and puts it on everything. I don’t love the shoestring fries (personal preference) but the onion rings are a great alternative!
The oreo peppermint shake I wouldn’t order again, I couldn’t taste oreo at all- just peppermint and it changed the flavor of the food so if you do order it, I’d recommend eating separately so it doesn’t change the food taste.

I ordered two burgers and a small shake at the drive through that was $22.00. Waited in line for 15 minutes. The burgers were like mini smash burgers with absolutely no taste and only 5 bites. The patties were paper thin and a disgrace to hamburgers everywhere! The shake was $5 and was about 3 slurps. What a shameful excuse for a restaurant they have gotten to be. I was happier with 4 for $4 from Wendy’s.

Freddy’s is normally one of my favorite places to go get a burger. However, this visit was horrible. I placed a mobile order for pickup at about 6:22pm but did not receive my food until about 6:55 due to them being understaffed. This would have been okay but my order was completely wrong. I ordered the patty melt as a lettuce wrap but when I got home and looked at my order I don’t have any sign of lettuce. My burger was cold and my French fries were burnt. This is the worse experience I have had with Freddy’s. It may be a while before I return.

We ordered online ahead of time just to be told that they were out of vanilla ice cream when we got there. Ok, it happens we can do chocolate. Then when we finally get our shakes 10 minutes later to go with our cold burgers, there were no fries in the bags? So we had to wait another 10 minutes for more fries. Severely understaffed and service was lacking. Won’t be back. 30 dollars wasted and cold food

Just spent nearly an hour in the drive through. Ordered and paid only to realize my order was incorrect. Both times only had 2-3 other vehicles but took almost 30m each.

Idk how this place ever has anything other than a 1 star. I’ve been to this place 5 times, and all 5 times something has either been missing or wrong. In this particular time, I ordered a tub of ice cream with several topping, only to get the tub of ice cream with every topping in a bag on the side. Not only that, but I’m missing 2 toppings. I love when I go to an ice cream place and order ice cream only to be told that I’m going to have to do their job and mix the toppings in the whole tub of ice cream. I’m done going to Freddy’s, and I’m contacting corporate about this location, this is just beyond pathetic. I dont even blame the employees, this goes down to management and the owners.

Please hire more polite staff who can actually handle the stress of working in food service. I’ve worked in food service before so I’m very understanding and patient with other food service workers, but there’s no excuse for taking out your frustrations on the customers. The food is good but it’s not worth dealing with the rude employees.

They make the food fresh so it takes a little longer in drive thru. I love the custom toppings options for the burger as well as the shakes. We ordered from the app for the first time and when we went inside they have a seperate pickup container to pick up a shake so you didn’t even have to go to the cash register which saved time because we didn’t have to wait in line.
