I’ve been to this freddys location a few times and let me just say i am a BIG fan!
I typically go through the drive through and the wait can be fairly long but it is definitely worth it.
There aren’t very many quick burger spots quite like this one, they even offer lettuce wrap buns which is HUGE for me!
I walked into the location today to sit down for the first time and ordered my typical lettuce wrap burger. I asked for double the lettuce and the staff on shift went out of their way to make sure I was receiving my dream meal (lol)
Extra sauce from the wonderful lady handing out food and wonderful greetings from all of the other women at the counter.
The vibes in here are amazing and the afternoon staff today is so wonderful!

My friend raves on Freddy’s smashed steak burgers and skinny fries, I had to try them! I got the California style combo. I didn’t know there were extra sauces available! My fav was the smoked fry sauce. I enjoyed it!

Dana was such a delight!! As a restaurant manager myself I absolutely loved her skill and mindset with crew! We definitely will be back, your staff was very friendly! The only compliant I had is grill person didnt make sandwich correctly , Dana fixed the my sandwich! We definitely will be back!

Man where do I begin, for sure mixed feelings about this place!!! I’m actually reporting my entire experience live from my bathroom .. peep the time stamp on the photos;
I was extremely excited to try this place after picking up a DoorDash delivery and while the service was excellent given the circumstances I have to say I have a lot of issues fundamentally!!!
Let’s begin with the price point to portion size!! OUTRAGEOUS … for 30.00 (I redeemed a discount code online which made my total 24.00 instead of 30.00 but you get the point) : I got one combo (which included a milkshake), a side of tots and a second milkshake for my nephew Compare that to steak and shake and you will never look back!
My second issue was the milkshakes aren’t actually made with ice cream .. rather their “frozen custard” which unfortunately leaves very little time to drink before getting warm (by the time I’d gotten home from this location to my apt right next to the Wawa less than 1 mile away it was no good) ALSO Idk what’s in the custard exactly but it ran through me faster than ANY Taco Bell ANYTHING I’ve ever ordered I literally could barely finish my meal before running to the bathroom bubbling like a witches cauldron (and this was my first meal of the day)!!!!!
Third I looked in my bag before leaving and noticed my medium tots container was only 1/2 full.. which the team dropped another bag and apologized with an upgraded tot .. HOWEVER I noticed that the man cooking had pre portioned baggies of tots .. meaning it wasn’t his fault THE COMPANY pre portioned 8/9 tots but they DID double it just to make me happy .. this is one of those fundamental issues where Freddys as a corporation wants to charge the most money but give as little as possible!!!!
Ultimately, my opinion is this is a fast food place basically wanting to act and charge as if they are a upscale diner when it gives very much slightly below Chic-fil-A’s level of ambiance;
The “fry sauce” & “smoked fry sauce” is basically Mac sauce and spicy Mac sauce.. I opted for regular ketchup!! The tots and burger was pretty good so overall I’m not angry, just disappointed with the experience overall BUT I wanted to try something new right? ♀️
OVERALL don’t fix what isn’t broken : Go to steak & shake .. you’ll get DOUBLE the food for 1/2 the price with the quality being equal (food) if not better (shakes) …
SHOUT OUT TO the STAFF : specifically Ash & Val …they ALONE are why I gave them the 2 stars that I did because they answered all my questions the best they could with a deep level of kindness!!!! They are clearly doing the best they can on the front line with guests representing a very “questionable” at best company…
UPDATE: after writing and uploading this entire review I noticed my nephew didn’t even finish his milkshake (he is 9yrs old) when asked he said he preferred steak and shake.. it’s not bad just tastes like really sweet strawberry milk ♀️

Craving something sweet after lunch, I searched the map and found Freddy’s as the closest frozen custard spot. This was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the frozen custard was.
I ordered a mini frozen custard that came with three generous scoops topped with hot caramel. The custard was firm, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. We also tried the Concrete Cold Brew Caramel Crunch—delicious! Rich flavor, great texture, and a nice coffee kick.

Soooo it was our first time. Must have been maybe 3 weeks ago.
The burger meat was so salty that I can only imagine they accidentally dumped the full salt container on it and tried to brush it all off to fix their mistake. Like no one in their right mind would put 1/5 of the amount.
There is no way thats the norm, because the franchise as a whole is successful, but it is what it is.
Anyway the shakes/concretes whatever were amazing. We might be back for those.

I ordered a to go order.A prime rib burger, a side of chili cheese fries with jalapeños and onions and a large side of onion rings. So my prime rib burger was so salty, it was so hard to eat it. My chili cheese fries had a half amount of chili and cheese. Only good turn out was my onion rings was cooked very well. I knew I should have went to Taco Bell that was right beside them at the town center.

Pee all over the bathroom floor, paper towel dispensers (X2) not working, dirt and rust running down the wall. Some of the booths were partially disassembled. It looked like they were trying to clean underneath them but buckets and tools were scattered around on the floor with no clear delineation if their working area. The food was decent. The staff looked tired and they weren’t paying attention to walk in customers who would have to stand there waiting five minutes for someone to show up. I had to flag someone in the back to let them know. Do better

Hello! I’m a big fan of this place and I always enjoy the time and food here! Unfortunately I had ordered a number 1 combo with only cheese and my burger was really raw It was near the center that was super raw and i thought it was a small area. But as I picked off more and more, it didn’t get any better. I went here after I spent the day out for my birthday and sadly it did kinda make me a little sick . But the service at the counter was great! I hope someone can see this but I thought I would share my experience
