Very clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a nice young man who told us where to order. Jasmine took our order and was very polite and asked us if we wanted everything that came on the burger we ordered. We also got the onion rings. The young man brought our food out very quickly. It was delicious! We were just passing through on our way to Florida but we will come back to this location when we are in the area again. Great service! Very nice and polite employees!

I’m thoroughly impressed with Freddy Steak Burgers and will definitely be returning for more delicious meals and top-notch service. Five stars all the way! Also the whole team was engaged in cleaning and supporting.

Stopped in tonight for a fry and the lady says we got your cold brew I was surprised she remembered me and my review, which now I feel really bad about but she got me right today and I appreciated that, i never like to be that person and I respect the fact she let me know she read my review and did her best to keep up with demand!!

The girl who placed my order, was not concerned that I couldn’t understand what she was saying. The drive-thru speaker caused distortion whenever she spoke.
I asked for 2- dbl steak burger combos, 1 without pickles and onions. I received cold ,hard fries, sloppy, tossed sandwich just meat and bread with cheese. I didn’t ask for cheese. I was not pleased at all. They need a review of how to give courteous service. The food should be cooked to order, so why not make sure the order is correct? Fix that speaker in the drive-thru.

I was a drive through customer but the food was really good reminded me of my childhood food from the 1070s. Customer service is great and the time waiting for my food is excellent. Food was hot and tasted fresh as well.
