1st time visiting here & my fiancé took 1 bite & realized his bread was heavily molded on the bottom. Women’s bathroom was overflowing & was unable to use the toilet as well. 1 of the grill operators had long dreads & no hair net as well. I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years,this is NOT ok

Both times I visited, my orders were messed up and the employees were very rude. Don’t bother contacting Freddy’s customer service either. Both times I was left waiting without any kind of refund or compensation. The food would be great if made correctly, but this location never gets it right.

This place was FILTHY!! Only one couple in the entire restaurant & every single table was dirty. We had to get napkins & use hand sanitizer to clean the table to be able to even eat. The area where cups lids & straws are kept was dirty & so disorganized, things were just thrown on the counter. The top of the trash cans were disgusting with food spilled all over the top. Clearly the restaurant was NOT busy so there was no reason for the store to look this way. All the male employees were sitting at a table talking to each other & on their cell phones & obviously didn’t have any regard for the customers. Our food was not right. I ordered the Patty melt & it was half thrown together & no grilled onions. No one mention it was rye bread (which I hate) & it is not listed on the menu. I ate plain meat. We got cheese frys (which we didn’t order) but were charged an extra fee.

Great food and great service. I had the Bacon double, a Chicago dog, and a Turtle malt. It was all amazing! The only downside was the wait was kind of long with no other customers. Either way I would still recommend this place to anyone in the area! I’ve only had Freddys twice and both times have been worth it!

Burger, fries and concrete were great, staff was pretty friendly, restaurant was clean. The hours on the door say the don’t close until 10 PM on Sunday, but at 8:00 the soda machine had been shut down, chairs were being put up and floors were being mopped.

I was skeptical seeing the price of a steak burger and fries at first, but Freddy’s has absolutely blown me away. Freddy’s Fry Sauce has changed me as a person. Even as I write this my hands are trembling at the thought of that spicy-sweet miracle of a condiment that I would put on anything at all. The steakburgers here are the size of small Frisbees, making the buns they are served on look like tiny decorative hats. The custard is absolutely t h i c c and the service is friendly and polite, not to mention the clean, nostalgic atmosphere. If you wanna get a cheap steakburger and thinly cut fries, Steak n Shake is your best bet. But if you want to experience a REAL steakburger with a sauce that will skyrocket to the ranks of your Sacred Top 5 Sauces, Freddy’s is where you want to be. Wish I could give 6 stars, absolutely blown away. I love you Mr. Freddy.
