We have been here twice. The burgers are great. The fries and tots are hit and miss. The first time we visited the tots were better and more evenly distributed. The second time they were slightly overcooked and we all had tots. I had maybe 10 tota and my wife and son had wat more. The cheese for their fries isnt the best. It’s nacho cheese but really cheap.

I walked in and walking to the counter I passed 3 employees at a table with a guest. No one said anything they looked and continued to talk. An employee coming out the bathroom assisted in taking my order.
While dinning in about 10 minutes in the employees from the table go behind the counter and start handing orders without washing their hands or putting on gloves.

We came in late at night near closing, and we were served by JaMarcus.. We were so impressed with his positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and general pleasantness that I had to come write this review. The food was great, the service was even better.. this is the type of employee you hope to have working at your restaurant.

I was excited to see a Freddy’s come to Augusta; only to be gravely disappointed.
It is understandable that this location just opened, so the service maybe a little prolonged. At the same time, they should be 100% prepared take orders and put out food in a somewhat timely manner.
The drive-thru wait was painfully long; so long, I turned the car off since we just sat in that one spot for a VERY, VERY long time.
The food is mid. Definitely a disappointment compared to other Freddy’s locations.
Most of the employees we saw (about six) although nice, mostly seemed confused.
There was a random employee sitting on the curb near the drive-thru (highly unsanitary, considering after their break they will go back into the restaurant). It was easy to almost think the person was homeless and just hanging around.
Overall, I would not come here again.
Almost $30 for a kids meal, adult combo and an additional order of fries. The extremely long wait time, food that was not very warm, and high price does not make it a place I would visit.

This is the first time that my son and I went to this location. And the first time that we’ve ever been to a Freddy’s. I must say I was not expecting much because I’m not into the whole smashburger situation. But the burgers were amazing with still just a tiny bit of pink in the meat which to me was perfect. I normally don’t like shoestring french fries but these were hot and very good. I also got the onion rings which are very good. But I have to talk about the customer service. Ronte Barnes is amazing. Talk about customer service, she is an A+ and should be recognized as such. Shout out to my girl Ronte!

The smash taco was greasy, meat was flavorless and unseasoned, the sauce was gushing out both ends & was a poor knockoff of Big Mac sauce. They were out of potatoes, so no French fries, no tots, and also no onion rings. The whole event was a disaster! I was the only car in entire parking lot at 1:15 p.m., and I waited at drive thru for 11 minutes to get my disgusting food. I will never go back. Window server had a very resentful attitude, like I was interrupting her by placing an order and being shocked by her answers when she kept informing me what they were out of!

Double cheeseburger with bacon was great. Thin fries were some of the best I’ve had in a while. And the shake… thick like concrete! Would highly recommend. Step up from steak and shake, even with bringing it home to eat.

The staff members were very kind and courteous, but the service was noticeably slow. This did not appear to be the fault of the employees, who were attentive, but rather a result of the restaurant being short-staffed. The custards came out immediately. However, it took nearly 20 minutes for two basic meals to be served in the drive-thru, despite the restaurant not being busy at the time.

The worst fast food burger I have had. Got a double and one of the patties was not even in the bun, just off to the side in the box. The meat has no real flavor. The onions were raw and very thick cut so much so after a single bite I was just chewing on the left over onion in my mouth. I removed the thick cut onions and it barely helped. It’s a brand new place, shame the quality is just so bad.
