Update. Downloaded the app. Created an order. It would not let me add the reward for downloading the app. I was able to use the reward on my second visit. I have since earned several rewards, including a free large Cheese Curds.I ordered the Triple Steakburger with a Chocolate Concrete with Chocolate Sauce and Strawberries. My wife ordered the Bacon & Cheese Double Combo. It included Cheese Fries and Chocolate Brownie Delight Frozen Custard. Food took about 10 minutes to cook. Dine in is not an option, so you will have to pick up at the Carryout station. All of the food was tasty even though it was pricey. The food and menu reminded me of Culver’s. I like the choices at Culver’s more, but the choices at Freddy’s were adequate enough to be pleasing. I would highly recommend this location!

Never had a bad experience here. We’re from LaGrange so we have to get our Freddys fixing here since our location closed. Friendly staff and delicious food. Never had a wrong order.

I think that Freddy’s has some of the best burgers in the area! They have a great menu and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean and a nice place to bring your family or just to drop in for a tasty burger on your own. Their drive up usually moves fast if you are in a hurry. They always get my take out orders right. They have good iced tea too. Also, I like their app and rewards program.

I love this place because the make the best milkshakes!!!! However, the service was very terrible and when speaking to “management” it didn’t seem like she was genuine in trying to resolve the problem. I ordered a milkshake. It wasn’t very busy. Another customer ordered after me. The girl who took the orders completed the customer after me order and served them. I continued to wait patiently. Then I see her make a milkshake and then put in in the mobile/ delivery freezer pick up. I went up to her and asked her where my order was. She was unsure. I asked if the milkshake she put in the mobile/ delivery freezer was mine. She looked and said it was. I asked to speak to the “manager”. A girl in a grey sweatshirt comes up to me and informs me that she is a “manager.” She doesn’t give me her name nor is she dressed in a uniform but I did witness her behind the counter the whole time I was there. I asked her if it was procedure to place carry out orders in the mobile/ delivery freezer. She said it wasn’t. I asked her why did the girl who took my order walk right by me without speaking and place my order in that freezer. I told her that is extremely bad service and rude and that I didn’t understand why she just didn’t just give me my order once completed. I was standing there patiently the entire time with my nephew for at least fifteen minutes. She said she would speak to her but clearly she was disingenuous about doing this because the girl was standing right there and didn’t address it. Clearly this staff and team is either incompetent or poorly trained in service. The “manager” didn’t identify herself nor handle the situation professionally. I wanted to resolve this situation so it doesn’t happen to anyone else but clearly this isn’t a priority in this location. There are many other choices in Newnan. I will NEVER come back to this location again!!!!!

The food and ambience are like a great 50s hamburger diner. The music should be matched to that scene. Good was good. Cashier needs training to prepare what should have been a really good frozen custard sundae.
