Overall great experience. Customer service was good, food was yummy, place was clean. Only problem we had was they accidentally gave us cheese curds instead of fries but they immediately offered us our fries. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced, $20 for 2 people. 100% would go back.

This was Freddy’s Steakburgers’ first day of opening, and overall it went pretty well. Everything on my order was 100% correct, which was impressive considering how busy it was. The burger was flavorful with a well-cooked smash-style patty, melted cheese, and grilled onions that added nice flavor. The bun was toasted nicely, though the burger could’ve been a little juicier.
The fries were thin, crispy, and well-seasoned definitely one of the best parts of the meal. Service was fast and organized for opening day, and the food came out hot and fresh.
Overall, a solid first-day experience. Not perfect, but definitely a good start and worth coming back.

The steak burgers are super delicious with their own seasoning. There are so many shakes and custard to choose from. The fries and cheese curds were delicious! I highly recommend this being the NEW spot. The manager, Ryan, gave the best service to everyone who walked through these doors.

Fries are way too salty
Fried chicken sandwich was subpar had better at a gas station for the price should be real chicken. My husband said his steak burger was salty as well.
You need to cut down the salt and have a bigger piece of chicken on the sandwich before I eat their again.

loved my experience here! the two employees we spoke to (2 young guys) were super nice & helpful when we told them it was our first time there. they weren’t busy so they took the time to recommend items and talk to us, i really appreciated it! i forgot to ask their names but those two are doing a great job for sure. food was also really good & i really liked the thin fries in particular. they had us try them before we ordered to make sure we liked them. definitely a great first impression.

My neighbor and I went there shortly after it opened the food was excellent delivery was quick. We met the manager Angela who could not have been nicer friendlier etc we were back for the frozen custard couple days ago the drive-thru attendant was extremely slow and after waiting more than 10 minutes we left. We went back a day later to the drive-thru ordered two pints of Frozen Custard and a plain spicy chicken sandwich. The Frozen Custard pints were not filled properly and they screwed up the plain chicken sandwich.
Called down the phone manager was extremely helpful. My neighbor went the next day and they made good on the screwed up order that’s why I say I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a five-star. The understanding of the management was pleasant much better than a lot of places I’ve ever been to
