I periodically I take my autistic Grandson (20y) to Freddy’s for lunch. They have the best staff at lunch. They all make over my grandson but especially Quatraja. She is the absolute the sweetest. We will keep coming back.

I’ve been to Freddy’s several times with my family. Every time, without fail, the employees are extremely kind and courteous. They greeted us with smiles and have always been eager to help with whatever we need. The food is great too, but the reason I go back is because of the customer service.

Came through the drive thru for sundae’s we got pulled around and had to sit for over 10 minutes for some Icecream. When I say they didn’t even haven’t any kind of sympathy it’s crazy the drive-thru is even empty so I’m confused on how and why it took so long the inside wasn’t even busy because I wanted to verify before I wrote this review. I specifically also said NO CHERRY AND extra whipped cream low and behold they can’t follow simple freaking instructions I’m over disgusted.

Freddy’s is one of my favorite quick eats in Rocky mount. Very similar to a Culver’s, if you have tried that before. Their menu itself could use a little more variation in my opinion. They have true shoestring fries, which of you like them, great! They are not for me though, not much flavor and a chore to pickup and eat. I got a patty melt with the grilled onions and it was excellent! I would recommend this place. Sam’s is in the same parking lot aswell.

Inside seating area was nice and clean. Service was fast and the food was tasty and prepared as ordered. Staff was very friendly. Didn’t try any of the custard options but looking around at other people’s orders made me sorry that I didn’t. Will certainly try next time!

Normally I don’t really review the first time at a restaurant. This new restaurant to this area had the type of customer flow that made me want to visit. The lines in the drive through told me people were going because of a good experience.
Getting that first time experience here was not a high light of my day. Inside there was not a long line but it was moving steadily so no big deal. I got a counter person that had me convinced that she either hated her job or hated the customers. No smile, you had to ask if she ready for you, no motivation and doesn’t give you the feeling that you are wanted.
I end up getting a meal when I only wanted a burger and fry. I didn’t want to bring notice because I felt it was going to cause problem. Dispute the fact I should have taken my money elsewhere she wasn’t the only issue.
I got my burger and what I got was not what I would call a “Steakburger”. The burger I got was cooked by someone drying it out and flattened to the thickness of a pancake. You can cook a burger without pressing it flat but I don’t think they can cook it properly.
This was my first and I don’t think I will return.

First and last time at Freddys. I have never seen a burger so flat; flatter than a pancake. The taste left something to be desired and for the price; my expectations were short lived. This was my 1 and done!!

Good food and delicious custard! I don’t think I’ll have a hotdog there again – good, just not my style of bun. I typically am not a fan of shoestring fries but I really enjoyed these!
It stays pretty busy right now since it just opened, so be prepared! However, I have to say they keep the place clean and I’m impressed how quickly they moved the line and orders. Very friendly and polite staff!!!
