I am currently in town at Home2Suites for a Business Trip with Bridgestone Retail Operations and wanted to get some dinner one night at a place close by so I did not have to drive. Ordered online from Freddys and walked inside to pick it up, I came a bit early so I had to wait, no worries. Upon picking up my food, I noticed I didn’t have the seasoning bottle I ordered. It was around 6$ so I was a bit upset. I asked the staff if maybe they had forgot it, and they informed me sadly they were out. I was disappointed at first, but then Mrs. Shenelle at the front counter told me to hold on and she will be right back. She came back with a HANDFUL, of seasoning packets! I was not expecting that, and that completely flipped my night around, completely not even upset about the missing seasoning Bottle anymore! I will be in town multiple times this year upcoming, and I definitely know where i will be coming back to when I’m in town! Always loved Freddy’s as the French Fries are unbeatable! But now I have a reason to come back even more! Thank you guys at Freddy’s, and thank you Mrs. Shenelle! God bless! And man was this food tasty!

Hot dogs and onion rings. Dog great, cause was ok, no zip or zing. They didn’t offer slaw or onions but the toasted bun was fab. Onion rings very, very good. For a takeout we had a great lunch and it was more than enough food.

– First the kid at the register was pretty much whispering and sounds like he had a wad of gum in his mouth. When I asked something about the new menu item he had no clue what I was talking about.
– Second the order was wrong. We got it to go and had to return due to missing a fry.
– Third I ordered the “new” burger taco and wow it should come with a warning. I do not mind spicy food but if I got this for my child she would not have been able to eat it. I thought it had the thousand island style sauce and not their jalapeño sauce (I’m assuming)
– Forth I ordered the cheese fries. It was a tiny blob of cheese sauce and it was cold. I have included a photo.
Do not bother with this place.

Just had the most pleasant visit today, the cashier was super polite (didn’t get her name but the one with green hair). Very kind, helpful, and made sure I got everything I needed. The food was great and I had asked for a fry seasoning packet as I like my frys extra seasoned, and it tastes like they loaded up on the seasoning!

Walking thru the door I was impressed. I love the decor and christmas decoration. The people that waited on us were super friendly. No complaints on that end. My biggest complaint was with the food. My sandwich was ok, nothing special. I didn’t care for the fries. Too small for my taste.

We visited Freddy’s Frozen Custard close to Durham.NC via the drive thru window after discovering we could order a vanilla malt, a treat I’ve long savored.
WOW!
Smaller than anticipated/amazingly delicious on my palate, treasured sips of this malt en route thrilled me.
Allowing myself to embrace a shared malt felt fabulous!

It’s my first time trying out Freddy’s! I found their chicken tenders to be flavorful! The other two members of my crew also found their meals to be yummy! I’m not usually the one to eat fries, but good gracious, their fries (which were quite thin versus other fast-food restaurant fries) were delicious! I will definitely consider returning to this restaurant and location when I crave fast-food again!

I love Freddy’s, the burgers are the best. But my experience at this location drive thru today was the worse ever. I order 4 meals, and three concrete. I had to do a second round of drive thru because the guy forgot to add the fourth meal. When I got home I realize that they only added one side of fries for my entire order. No napkins, no sauces. Really disappointing for sure.
