This use to be our go to place on Sundays after church. But, the last 3 times over the last 1.5months has been horrible. Its impossible to enjoy your meals when your constantly fighting gnats in your face and even IN your food! This evening was the final time we will be back for a while. They were literally flying into my food and walking around on my food, didnt finish it, just went to the trash cause im not eating food where bugs constantly get in it, just disgusting. And the last 2 times we’ve been they have one of the doors propped open with a chair, don’t understand considering it was chilly this evening. The staff seems annoyed when asked about the gnat issue.

Burgers are delicious! I have never came to this location ,and I will say that we enjoyed our meal . Burgers are delicious , they have a great taste to them and also you have several options as far as sides, like onion rings, french fries, cheese, fries, tater tots. Also their milkshakes and ice cream are pretty good from what I’ve heard, but I have never had any myself and we did love their jalapeño ranch. They’re sweet tea was just right. Our food came out pretty fast and there was plenty of seating in the lobby area it was not busy at all. They do have a drive-through going, but we came around lunchtime and it was just right. It was a bit pricey I will say as far as coming to get a burger and a combo but overall, if you want a good tasty burger nowadays you’re coming out of pocket for a decent meal. bathrooms were very clean and they also have a baby changing station. Overall, we spent about $45 for a family of five.

food was fine, just a little overpriced if you ask me, we got a kids meal medium cheese curds, and medium drink and it was $15.. but that’s not the problem, the problem is the amount of fruit flies in the restaurant. it’s actually disgusting, they were landing on my food, flying around my drink and landing on my face while i was trying to eat. i could only eat a few bites because i was quite frankly disgusted..

This was our first time dining at Freddy’s. My wife and I had lunch there and we dined inside. The staff were friendly, comfortable, clean dining area. The burgers we ordered were great, my wife loved the tots and I loved the fries, I had just never seen fries cut that small. They were a little bigger than potato sticks, but you don’t realize how many you have until you start eating them ..lol. They were actually good.

Well I come to Freddy’s tonight so I can try your chocolate custard when I get up to the drive-thru window to order it No doubt they are out of chocolate custard so I did not want anything so my wife said I want a small turtle sundae so I order that and pull around to the window and pay for it this was at 7:42 p.m. and there’s one vehicle in front of me so I pull up behind them and lo and behold at 7:52 p.m. after 10 minutes sitting there I have to backed up to the first window where I paid to ask what is wrong they said oh let me go see within 5 seconds then the vehicle pulls off so I can pull up to the window and I still have to wait another 3 minutes for one small turtle sundae you people really need to get it together because you lost two customers for sure we will never return not to mention the turtle sundae was horrible it was a waste of money over $5 wasted

Last week, my husband and I ordered food from this location, and while finishing my cheese fries, I bit down on a sharp shard of clear plastic. Thankfully I didn’t swallow it, but it easily could have caused an injury.
I called the restaurant not seeking a refund or free food, but simply to alert them so it wouldn’t happen to someone else. The person who answered, Keisha, said she was the manager. When I began explaining what happened, she interrupted me to say they don’t use clear plastic utensils. I clarified that I wasn’t suggesting it came from utensils and that it could have come from anywhere in the food prep process. She then hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with an employee named Anne, who was kind, apologetic, and professional. She offered a refund or remake, which I declined, again explaining that I just wanted to report the safety concern. She asked me to text her photos so she could pass them along to the store manager, Mike, which I did.
I’m sharing this not for compensation, but because finding a sharp object in food is a serious safety issue, and the initial response from management was dismissive and unprofessional. I hope leadership addresses both the food safety concern and the way this kind of situation is handled.

Terrible place. Literally we were eating gnats and getting attacked by bugs. The food was ew. The girl taking our order didnt care to listen to what i specifically said we wantes on our food and messed it up. Also drinks were watery and flat. Soooo many gnats and our food was just smacked together. None of us could even finish our food. The place is ew so not recommended. Trust me its $$ wasted. Dont ever go here please save your money. My boyfriend threw up all his food. We were ordering our food and was already getting attacked. We seen people tossing their food away and leaving. Its upsetting bc we spent $60 on 5 people just to barely touch our food. We were smacking them away and they were crawling everywhere on the walls. I called them back after eating there and said it was bad and they said their trying to do a treatment so their more aggressive. I say shut down til its fixed. You really want people to eat in that building with bugs. Who knows there could be gnats cooked in your food….i mean even in the drinks idk that.

We were in the drive thru and the manager ask us to pull up after waiting 15min for milkshakes I simply ask how much longer for the milkshakes, she got an attitude and said however long it takes so I said just give us our money back she said u still have to pull up I said we will leave when we get our money back she called cops we sat there several more minutes she came back to the window being aggressive all we wanted was milkshakes not all this crazy drama we left without milkshakes or money back because it wasn’t even worth me getting upset. They really need to look into this manager, she is rude to customers for no reason! This is the worst experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant.
