I tried this place because there’s been hype going around about it and I wasn’t impressed in the least. The burgers were pretty mid there wasn’t anything special about it the best part was the sides. the chili cheese fries were great and so were the onion rings. This location does have lots of homeless people loitering in and outside though be aware. If you’re going to spend 60 on 2 smash burgers and a side each you’re better off at smash burger or Sonic’s for a cheaper option.

Staff are attentive and food is prepped fresh with obvious attention to detail. Frozen custard is amazing and ready faster than your food so that’s a fun treat the kids love and you might anticipate. The space is clean and well kept but the decor doesn’t do enough to make a person forget the HVAC plumbing is whirring overhead.
We have since and we will be back to this spot on the service alone. Cheers, y’all

I had a burger and fries, and was pretty impressed. The burger was just as I had requested and though it was messy, I quite enjoyed it. The fries were even better. Thin and crispy with enough flavor that I didn’t even need ketchup (and I love ketchup with fries). We ended the meal by sharing a sundae, and oh my! Every bite was heavenly. Repeatedly we each savored cool, creamy, chocolatey, caramely, nutty sweet perfection. Is that even a thing? Oh yes! The staff members were kind and efficient. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was also an interesting assortment of things to look at on the walls. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I pulled to the drive through for my online order as I usually do in Chesapeake and they asked me to pull to the front despite my app saying it’s ready. I obliged and was waiting ten minutes before I decided to get my baby out of the car and go in and check. Well there it was at the top of the to go orders and when I got to my car it was not even warm. Who knows how long it sat there maybe the whole ten minutes but I am so frustrated they would forget me. I chose placed with drive thru on purpose to keep my baby in the car n they were less than helpful

Man I love Freddy’s in my own opinion they have the best burgers on this side of the water. And it affordable my favorite place is in and out but we don’t have that here. Freddy’s is the next best thing. I’ve always had good service when I came in ,the food nice hot and fresh. I’ve been hooked since the first time I ate here. Freddy’s is in my Sunday night dinner rotations now. I’ve been a handful of times. Thanks Fred for the awesome food. And your employees work hard!

Ebony was such a sweet register lady, I was all confused on what steak burger was and she happily chimed in and told me about it! We were all smiles and laughs. She came over and checked on me and asked if it was good, and as always, it was. She’s so amazing! While we were eating I also saw her engage with a customer with a cute fussy baby, she was playing and helping the mom make the baby laugh when it was less busy. It was adorable!!

This was my first experience at a Freddy’s and it’s quite possibly the best fast food I’ve ever had. I love love love that they have lettuce wrap options for the burgers and the shoestring fries with the seasoning on them were delicious. Probably my favorite thing was the drink – the lemon frost. The staff there were also so sweet. They all deserve a raise for creating such a positive environment. I wish we had a Freddy’s where I live, although it’s probably good we don’t or I would likely pack on an extra 20 pounds.

Burgers are always hot and fresh. The staff is always courteous and polite. Restaurant is very clean and condiments, napkins,straws etc….. are always stocked and organized. I definitely tell everyone about Freddy’s. Thanks for bringing this fine establishment to Virginia!!!
