Freddys is great, when they get your order right! If you’re going through the drive thru and doing mobile order pickup and don’t want to be disappointed, to check your order before you drive off! Freddy’s is notorious for giving out the wrong orders despite it being correct on the receipt. And for the price they charge, you would expect the quality assurance to be better. Just tonight i ordered a bacon burger with no mustard or pickle, and instead i was given a regular burger with…mustard and pickle and didn’t realize until i got home. My bad but never again! I’m going to start asking the drive thru worker to check my order before the hand it off until i feel i can trust them again.

Freddy’s has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Every time I walk in, it feels clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff is always friendly from the moment you step through the door. They greet you, they are patient while you look over the menu, and they actually seem happy to be there, which is rare these days. The whole place has a relaxed, family style vibe where you can sit and enjoy your food without feeling rushed.
The food is consistently fresh and hot. The steakburgers are cooked perfectly thin and crispy around the edges, but still juicy in the middle. The fries are always served hot and crunchy, never cold or soggy, and the fry sauce and cheese sauce take them to another level. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, and everything tastes like it was made to order, not like it has been sitting under a heat lamp.
Their custard is honestly what puts them over the top. It is rich, smooth, and creamy, and they do not skimp on the toppings. Whether it is a concrete, a sundae, or just a simple cup or cone, it always tastes like a real treat. It is become one of our go to spots for a quick dessert run, even when we are not getting dinner. You can taste the difference between this and regular ice cream.
I also like that Freddy’s is very family friendly. It is the kind of place where you feel comfortable bringing kids, grandparents, or friends after a game or practice. The dining area is usually clean, tables get wiped down pretty fast, and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time, even when they are busy. Prices are fair for the quality you get, especially compared to other fast food and fast casual places that keep going up without improving anything.

So I went here for an early lunch this past Sunday morning just to give it a try. Let’s just say I was not disappointed AT ALL I mean damn! First the establishment was clean which means the closing crew took pride in cleaning the joint the night before. Secondly the crew was very hospitable. The young gentleman with the red curly hair was very nice and the ladies whipped up delicious amazing food in the kitchen. The freshness of the food was honestly off the chart. Very well balanced I got the triple cheeseburger with fry and my lady got crispy chicken BLT. Seriously guys even the bacon on the chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Bacon not over cooked and fries just crispy. We did eat in the restaurant and we both enjoyed the vibes. That crew should definitely be commended and if they read this message we say thank you. Oh one last thing, for the quality you get it’s definitely worth the money. Keep it up!

This is my first time trying freddy’s. I must say, this is a great place for burgers and shakes. It takes me back to better times eating at quick food spots. They had an actual ketchup dispenser for guests with the old school paper ramekins!
When we picked up our order at the counter, the employee offered various sauces and recommended his favorite, jalapeno fry sauce. He also said if we want to try something else, “dont hesitate to come ask for it” <<< this is the primary reason I was motivated to write this review. I believe his name is Steven!
So if the owners or management read this, he is a great example of employees that keep guests coming back solely on their interaction with the guests!

A fairly average restroom experience overall. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary. There was a slight odor in the restroom, but it wasn’t overwhelming or unbearable.
However, the soap dispenser was empty, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. My companion mentioned that one of the two stalls in the women’s restroom was out of order. Aside from those issues, everything else appeared to be in reasonable condition.

The retro vibe is definitely a little different than traditional fast food restaurants and it’s aesthetically pleasing. There’s plenty of parking space and the staff were courteous. Food was fresh and better than expected – petties were juicy and flavorful. We enjoyed dining here.

At one point he felt like he may have come across the wrong way from a customer service standpoint, but honestly, I thought he was great and didn’t think anything of it. The next day when I came back for lunch, he went out of his way to apologize, which really showed how much he cares about customers and the experience they have. That level of accountability and professionalism is rare. Great service and a great attitude—thank you, Marc!

The last time we had this is when we were in Dubai and we surely missed it. Good burgers and crunchy string fries.
Aesthetic of the restaurant were nice and brings you back in the days. But I am very worried about the cleanliness of the place if you have sticky floor. Sadly this branch has sticky floors all over.
Staff were very transactional and nobody went beyond customer needs.
