This is the good stuff for sure. Not fancy and not the most healthy- but completely comfort food with an upgraded flavor.
This location has been open about two weeks and they seem to have a flow going now. They were very busy but had time to smile, greet customers, clear away trays for you and ask how everything was. Nice!
Parking was crowded but available and there were seats ready for you- they clean tables after every guest, and fast.
I ordered smash burger tacos and I’m hoping that will stay on the menu for the long haul. Delicious.
Fries are in a league of their own- no comparison for their texture and light taste. They are perfect to accompany any sandwich. I tried their fry sauce too – very tasty.
Their custard is prominent on the menu and it’s worth the cheat.

I’ve been to Freddy’s West Chester & Broomall locations before, and the new Middletown Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is just as good! So excited to finally have one this close to home. And those shoestring fries? Absolutely addictive. Great all around!! Fast Service!

Came here a few weeks ago for their grand opening! It was PACKED! They messed up and forgot a meal for us but they were extremely quick to fix it and get it right. The burger was mid as well as the chicken tenders. They were like amusement park quality at best but we enjoyed it. The strawberry milkshake was bussin and so were the fries. My parents did not care for the fries because they don’t like shoestring fries, But I really enjoyed them myself. I thought they had the perfect amount of seasoning on them. There is a lot of different seating selections. Booths and tables. We had to fight someone for their booth. We took it from them GTA style lol. We yeeted them out of their booth so we could sit . Chick fil a is better but this place is good in its own way. Would we come back ABSOLUTELY!

2nd time a burger with onion rings and a soda. Soda flat, onion rings were delicious , burger taste like the meat was boiled. 1/10. Not wanting to rule them out just yet….Today I go for a spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a root bear float.
Sandwiches hard, no onion rings, got tots, those were mushed, float was one small scoop of ice cream that melted before I could drive back to work.

Wow wow and wow! Very friendly staff and attentive managers. Rich in particular was just so kind hearted and was the perfect first face to see as we walked in. His jolly mood definitely set the mood for the whole place. Isabella checked on us and grabbed us to go boxes and napkins as we were preparing to leave as well, awesome service.
The food was fresh hot and did not take long at all to be finished. Love the fries, my burger, and our sundae. We saw a lot of families, teens stopping in with their friends, and couples coming for an afternoon out. What a poppin place for all! Will be back for sure.

Visited on 2/27 around 7pm. Got the original burger with bacon & fries. Burger alone was delish. Tater tots were good too, nice & crispy! Bacon was SOOOO sad! It was so thin you could not taste it. Fries were NOT fries, they were more like Potato Stix! However the staff, especially the 2 young girls keeping the main dining area clean and attending to the customers who were eating were absolutely AMAZING!! They checked on us several times, offered to get us more sauces, ketchup, refills, basically anything so we didnt have to get up and all while cleaning tables. But their attitude was especially wonderful! They were more than happy to help!! KUDOS to both of them!!

Haven’t been able to get out with my daughter in a few weeks from being ill. Today we went to Freddys for lunch and had a great experience. The food was awesome! The service was great! Met Rich the manager and he was extremely pleasant to talk to. I told him how much I loved their BBQ sauce and later he came back with a bag with a dozen BBQ sauces for me to take home. He gave my daughter a coupon for a free meal for family night as well! We will be back Tuesday for Family Night!

Freddy’s has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat in Middletown! Every employee is always so friendly and helpful! The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is great! The food is always amazing! Despite being so busy since just opening, our food is always fresh and comes out quick! Kurt and Rich are awesome! Definitely would recommend this place again and again!

Went here on lunch .. got my food wrong im jesse they gave me jess food.. I then stood for 25 mins to get a sloppy terrible burger and warm fries with my melted custard… not happy dont recommend… I spent 20 dollars to be horrible dissatisfied
