I love this place. Burgers taste like homemade. However this last visit, l specifically asked to add ketchup and mayo, no mustard on my burger. Driving home, finished my cheese curds, went to eat my burger and tasted mustard. Stopped to look, mayo. I called the restaurant (# on receipt), left message. Tried calling 3 more times no one answered. Still no call back from them. Was craving that burger, hate mustard on my burgers. Very disappointing. Also, the cheese curds are tasty, just a tad bit too salty.

Every single time I go here there is always something wrong. Whether it’s the time it takes to get my “fast food” or the amount of food in an expensive order. Better off going to five guys. At least you will get your moneys worth. On the plus side the burger tasted pretty good.

The food is always good quality. Not perfect, but always good. The employees are always serving and communicating with a great attitude. I’m always treated with kindness, even when asking for extra service / extra favors. Once, I asked for FIFTY burgers. Guess what? I got fifty(50!) burgers. No questions asked. The manager Kim is awesome, and she goes above and beyond. Deborah was the cashier today when i went to visit and she was exceptionally kind, respectful, and helpful.

First of all we love your restaurant, however we drove up from DE on Sunday and it was a bit of a mess. Everyone seemed to be working extremely hard but when I went to order your delicious tots, I was told “they were out” OK, I got fries. Then I went over to fill my cup with Diet Dr Pepper. Only a clear fluid came out. I went to question that and i was told “they were out”. So 2 of the 3 items I ordered were not available. Just disappointing since we made the 20 minute drive to enjoy lunch.

Hey, this place is amazing, I went there the day after Valentine’s with my boyfriend, and I would love to say that the Peanut Butter Bananza was delicious!!! The staff is so friendly and positive to interact with and it’s very LGBTQ+ friendly there, I had no problems whatsoever, I hope to go to a Freddy’s again!!! It’s the perfect spot for a first date. I KurtRyan went with my boyfriend Chrissy!!! <3

Burgers were excellent, staff was friendly and very welcoming. My first time there, I asked the cashier’s recommendation. The two burgers she suggested were delicious. Would love to go back when I’m in the area. Wish there was one closer to where I live.

Great burgers for a chain restaurant. Definitely a better quality of meat. The most popular appears to be the double and the standard toppings are cheese, mustard, onion, and pickles. Shoestring fries are tasty. Cheese curds could use a little more flavor in the batter. This location definitely is the cleanest and most friendly in the different locations we visited.

Never heard of this place but glad we found it! It’s supposed to be a fast food place but inside looks like a diner and the food was great! Quality meat! I like you can add and customize your toppings and most are free. The extra jalapeños on my jalapeño burger was fantastic. It’s also nice they have condiments they you can just take. Big booths for families to sit comfortably in. Bathrooms were clean. You can order your custard and just put it on hold till you are ready. Custard was good and staff was so friendly. No complaints.

Have always wanted to try this place. We don’t have it in Delaware so while we were up in the area we decided to finally try it. So glad we did. It was delicious! The burger was perfect. Love the shoestring fries. The Reese’s custard shake was so good. Lots of peanuts! It was great all around!
