So excited for another bakery in Rochester that’s not part of a big box store.
While no-frills this would definitely be a place I could see meeting friends and sitting down for an old fashioned coffee and baked good snack.
Easy to find- just down the road from the corn tower. Plenty of parking-above average for the area.
Average accessibility though- no steps into the building, easy to move around but very narrow door. Everything is class counter height as well.
Smaller selection than other bakeries, but what have is good. The nice lady at the courter talked me through how to order and gave some great suggestions for a first time visitor .
Very much a community bakery.

Absolutely LOVE Freddy’s! There’s a variety of pastries that you may not find elsewhere and they are DELICIOUS! The first time I went, I got a little crazy picking out all of the different things and when I got to the register, I braced for impact. I was shocked at how reasonably priced everything was. I took my friend’s daughter there and she loved it too. Now whenever we hang out, we have to stop in. Definitely my favorite guilty pleasure in town!

So awesome!! DELICIOUS pastries and so many to choose from! Reasonable prices. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my silly questions with a smile! Being a Norwegian I was thrilled to see HUGE rosettes. I bought 2 and they were excellent!! All of the pastries I bought were so good!
