We have been in business since 1954, and have been at varying locations across tulsa. We are not the Freddy’s food chain (we are with an I-E-S– you know drop that “Y” cuz we’re the best) We’re known for our hand cut fries we cut daily & serve old fashioned & open flame burgers! We’ve got great customers we’ve been feeding for years, & some have known Jimmy (Freddie’s son) since he was just a baby. Come over & try us out, we’ve got more than just burgers- grilled chicken salad if you’re trying to eat light or chicken fried steak sandwich if you want something a bit different. You can call it in if you’re in a hurry (for here or to go) we can have it ready in about 10 minutes for usual orders & any big orders within an hour or less!

I’ve traveled far and wide, and I proudly consider myself a true burger fiend. I’ve eaten burgers in just about every form and setting imaginable—but when the craving hits for an absolute, no-compromise killer burger, there’s only one place that ever comes to mind.
This isn’t some trendy hole-in-the-wall chasing hype. It’s a diamond in the rough—the kind of spot you don’t forget once you’ve been.
My go-to order never changes: a double, char-grilled burger, cooked to a perfect medium-well, stacked with crispy bacon and melty pepper jack cheese. Simple. Honest. Done exactly right.
And the sides? Just as legendary. Whether it’s their golden onion rings or hand-cut fries, they’re hands-down the best this side of paradise. No shortcuts. No frozen nonsense. Just real food made with care.

This place absolutely blew me away! The burger was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and it might honestly be the top burger in all of Tulsa . Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — total comfort food perfection! The fries deserve their own spotlight because they were, without a doubt, the best fries I’ve ever tasted . Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just right — I could eat them all day!
The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better . On top of that, the service was impressively fast, so we didn’t have to wait long at all ⏱️✨. Everything about this visit was smooth, delicious, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for another round!

Definitely a Fan! Staff was very friendly and helpful! I had the Avocado Bacon Char Burger that came on a warm toasted bun. It was so very tasty! We also had a Double Char Burger with Pepper Jack Cheese that came out on a fresh toasted Kaiser Bun. It was also very delicious! They had crispy home cut fries that came out hot! I also noticed that they had a heavenly selection of milkshakes and malts!! I’m going back later today to try one!!

It’s just a little hamburger place that does a great job. The place was clean and our waitress was very nice. This was our first time to visit Freddie’s and probably won’t be our last. My wife had a charburger with fries and I went with the chicken fried steak sandwich with tator tots. Our food was served hot and was very good. The condiments were fresh and placed nicely on the bun. The home fries were delicious and nicely seasoned. My tots were hot and crispy and my sandwich reminded me of the steak sandwiches I ate as a kid a kid served at our local dairy go round. A wonderful experience.

Fries are amazing and what a fry should be only potato no other bs. Everything is fresh and my only regret is not ordering an extra burger ♂️

From the outside appearance, you may be inclined to pass on this place, but that would be a big mistake. The inside is a throwback to an old diner, and I always enjoy that. No matter how you feel about the appearance, the food will win you over! Their char-burger is the best in Tulsa, and their sides are always hot & fresh. Plus, they have an extensive selection of malts & shakes that are delicious as well.
