First time trying this place and definitely my last.
Ordered an extra lg pizza and 30 wings. Asked for the wings too be just cooked not crispy at all. Received wings that were way over cooked and dry and crispy not what we asked for. Pizza was newspaper thin all toppings just kept falling g off. Like I said this was our first and last time patronizing this establishment. Don’t waste your $ here when there is so many more better places around.

Update Friday March 8th 2024, disappointed to realize there is NO FISH FRY at this location. I went in there with the appetite for a fish fry but I ended up with a mixed cold cut sub.
Plenty of seating. Staff very polite. Food was good. We will return. The meatballs and sauce that I ordered looked and smelled so good I started eating and I forgot to take a picture.

Decent tasting pizza with a dull flavor. The pizza was cooked perfect. Decent price. The wings were overcooked and dry with a decent flavor. The service was great and this is a somewhat divey place

EXCELLENT PIZZERIA/Restaurant!! I ordered the Chicken Riggie special with salad and garlic bread ($15)…VERY GOOD!! Excellent slices as well! I LOVE Fratello’s and you will too, guaranteed!! Excellent staff! Owner is a cool dude!

Went to Fratellos in Marcy for the second time and one thing is consistent with this place is that the customer service and timing is pretty bad. I ordered online 45 min before my pickup. I ordered two wraps and fries as I’ve already had the pizza here and wanted to try something different ( for the record is decent). I placed in the notes to have the order as soon as I could since the default online was set to 45min. Looks like they didn’t care to look at that as I got their 10 min before my pickup. The girl at the front counter informed that my order says pickup at 7:30 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. I waited about 25 min too patiently as the order wasn’t ready for me until 15 min after my pickup time plus the 45 min online order default. As I approached the counter the girl threw in the items sideways and upside down with condiments attached to them. Then looked at me with a face as if I bothered her. I didn’t complain because working in the food industry for 10 years I know what happens behind the scenes when you do. I was clearly unhappy and left annoyed. I wanted to at least try to food before I gave a review. The wrap itself was pretty good but didn’t have extra cheese on it as I ordered, not much at all actually. The bag even says Xtra cheese on it. The fries were def undercooked(I had to recook in the air fryer). I’ll give the place another shot and possibly change my review but if they fail again I’ll probably stay away and just keep going to the competition in the area.
*Update* Finally gave this place another shot and my review stands. The food is just Ok, my son actually didn’t like the chicken tenders and felt sick after them. If you order online they don’t start your food until the receipt time says to pick it up. I ordered online and it said 5:50 for food ready to be picked up. When my gf got there she had to wait additional 15 min for the food which completely defeats the purpose of ordering out. We would of just ate in the building if she had to wait that long for an order that was ordered 40 min ahead of time. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy either and when she got there 5 min early the girl made a point to tell her that she was early and that the order was for 5:50. ♂️

I’ve been going to Fratello’s for over 10 years. Starting in Frankfort and now I go to Marcy since I moved. I started eating there chicken riggies when I was in Frankfort and still eat them. They are Absolutely Delicious!!! They still, after all these years, my favorite meal. They give you enough for multiple meals. I even had them for breakfast this morning along with dinner yesterday and a snack before bed and I still have some left for dinner tonight as long as I resist eating them for lunch and snacks before then. Give them a try. You won’t regret it. I recently tried there lasagna also. It’s awesome too. Fratello’s is the place to go. Eat in or take out.

Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. I waited 45 minutes for a sub and ended up walking out empty-handed. I’m not sure what took so long, but I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. They told me that it would be right up three times before I finally gave up.

Best Lunchtime Pizza, Wings, Salads etc in the Utica area. Glad they opened up here in Onieda Co. The Ladies are the biggest sweethearts around. Always smiling, always thanking you for your business and make whatever you order correctly. It’s hard to find help let alone good help. Thank you Lady’s for making our Mid-Day Lunch break great everyday.

Tried this place because Big Jay’s is on vacation. Huge mistake. Their prices are way too high, even with current inflation issues. I got a large NY style thin crust, $20.50 before tax. It was not an actual NY style, it was not hand tossed, it was baked in a sheet pan. Insane. Crust was awful. Big Jay’s offers a real New York style pizza that’s larger, cheaper, and taste ten times better. Do not go here for pizza.
