I came for a sandwich and left emotionally attached. Fresh bread, unreal ingredients, and portions that don’t insult your dignity. This is the kind of Italian sandwich shop that ruins all other sandwiches for you, in the best way possible. Spokane was missing this!

If you like flavor, carbs, and happiness… this is your place.I recommend this place 10x over!

I was lucky enough to be the last person served today because they sold out around 1 pm. It was very understandable given that it was their first day open. Its very tiny inside with about 6 seats to the counter but there is plenty of outdoor seating . I waited for total of 30 minutes, some of that wait was due to the fact that they had to hold off on putting in orders to catch up. Again, very understandable for their first day! While I was waiting it was nice to witness the chefs busting their butts to crank out these amazing sandwiches. Also Lauren, the owner, was very kind and introduced herself to me to apologize for the wait. It was totally worth it.
I tried “The Belushi” and “The Uncle JR.” The uncle Jr was delicious and very flavorful with the peppers and olive spread but the Belushi stole the show for me! The portobello mushrooms and balsamic aioli, WOW. it was so creamy and well balanced. The bread was perfectly crispy but chewy. I cant wait to try everything else on the menu.

Omg the newly opened today Fratellos in kendall yards is and absolute game changer. The sandwiches they are pumping out of this quaint little kitchen are reminiscent of italian delis in much bigger cities. Today I had the Don Corleone with porchetta, provolone, calabria chilis oil, arrugala and peppers, on a house made focaccia. The beauty of this sandwich is only matched by the meledy of the flavors that dance on the tongue like they were at a house party in college that you hoped would never end. The peppery arrugala mixed well with the peppers to give your pallet a chance to realax and recieve the wonders that porchetta and provolone and pesto do to your flavor receptors. I can not wait to try every sandwhich on this menu 10/10 Polish Time Traveler approved. Go support the cool stuff that is happening in this city!!!!

First day for Fratello’s (sister shop to Sorella)! Got the meatball sub and it was excellent. They really focus on quality; the bread and fixings were fresh and delicious. There’s plenty of great outdoor seating, but no indoor area currently. Perfect spot for a sunny day lunch.

Fratello’s in Kendall Yards is hands down one of the most incredible craft sandwich spots in Spokane.

Yes, the sandwiches are shockingly expensive at first glance. But then they hand you the sandwich… and you realize why. They are massive. Not just big for the sake of being big, but loaded with high-quality ingredients, layered thoughtfully, and built with obvious care. You can taste the difference immediately. Every bite feels intentional.

The ingredients are top tier, the flavors are balanced, and there’s a level of pride and love in these sandwiches that you just don’t get from chain shops. This is artisan sandwich territory.

Pro tip: get there early. They sell out. And once you’ve had one, you’ll understand why.
If you’re going to spend real money on a sandwich in Spokane, this is the place to do it.

My new addiction- get in line early and just pick anything on the menu, it’ll be gorgeous and you’ll be begging for more! Seriously, think fine dining in a sandwich !
Sandwiches are huge, so great value for the price- not to mention that it’s fresh and the flavor combos will knock your socks off. Thank you Fratellos, take my money I’ll be back over and over again!

Got the Elvira and it was perfection! Went at my lunch and it was about a 15min wait. Limited seating inside so be prepared to sit outside (especially in the cold). Love that they offer a meatless sandwich

I ordered the Gandorlini(meatball sandwich).
20 minute wait.
The bread tasted like cornmeal, yuck!
3 small meatballs in a large bread sandwich.
Definitely the most undesirable sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. The photo shows all the extra bread that I threw away.

Where else ya gonna get a Porchetta in Eastern Washington?

Great sandwiches with amazing flavor. Get there at eleven to be sure you can choose any sandwich. They sometimes run out of the best stuff (Porchetta and Mortadella). But any of the sandwiches are great. Don’t sleep on the Elvira or Belushi if you’re not into meat!

I lived in Italy for seven years, this is the best lunch in town. If you’re pr of by the price, just know you’ll be full or can split it with a friend.

A solid 4.5 if possible. The only complaint is the bread was cold and kind of hard, albeit delicious bread. Just made the sandwich notably more difficult to eat. Overall great spot and I’ll be back. About 45 mins from getting in line to sandwich delivery. Good sized and quality ingredients for $20
