truly the most unprofessional pizzeria in the world.My mother ordered half HAWAIIAN pizza half plain. They sent the wrong pizza. i calmly call to explain the situation. As response, it’s “That was not what you guys ordered” , (we always order the same thing.).
They gave the worst time to compensate. gave me exactly 4 “hawaiian” pizza with ham and pineapple slices slapped on some old pizza. I Called them again to confront this and they admitted to doing just that. My mom has been ordering pizza here ever since moving to piscataway for 4 years. We’re truly disappointed in the response these people gave us. they very much worried about losing the costs of their pizza but clearly not worried about the dissatisfaction of their clients.
The owner has been there for many years, but doesn’t know the minimum basics of customer service. Unfortunately I had to get upset with them and also write this review because instead of listening and working towards a best solution, they talked over me and said we were in the complete wrong. We’re never wasting our money here again, neither should you. Garbage pizza belongs in the garbage bins.

I was planning to eat at the restaurant, but the sitting area is being used for boxes storage, Pizza still delicious as always. Staff were good. Empty place at 1 pm.

This pizza was honestly really good. I love the Vodka pie! The crust was crispy on the outside but still soft inside, which is exactly how it should be. The sauce had a nice balance—not too sweet, not too acidic—and you could actually taste the tomatoes. The cheese was melted perfectly and stretchy, without being greasy. Toppings were fresh and spread evenly, so every bite had good flavor. Overall, it felt filling without being heavy, and I’d definitely order it again.

My girlfriend’s mother ordered a half Hawaiian / half plain pizza, something she orders regularly. When the order arrived, it was wrong. I called calmly to explain the mistake, and instead of taking responsibility, we were immediately told, “That’s not what you ordered,” even though this is her usual order.
Their attempt to fix the issue was unacceptable. They sent back what was clearly an old pizza with ham and pineapple added on top. When I called again to address this, they admitted that this is exactly what they did.

I live right down the road from this Fratellis and they never disappoint. I got this last night, it’s a cavettelli with broccoli, chicken, garlic, and oil and it was AMAZING. It was my first time trying this and I’d definitely recommend. the service is amazing and the food is delicious!

Love the pizza here, the garlic pie is amazing, I could eat that every l day. So far I’ve gotten only pizza and hasn’t disappointed will definitely start ordering more from their menu. But great place for pizza. Best in the area

My family has been going to Fratellis for 40 years. Food has always been great. Pizza, sandwiches and wings are favorites. Service friendly, Always welcoming. It is a Friday night tradition.

Thank you for screwing my party. Order fresh 2 pie jalapeño & onions large is not fresh. 1 green paper & onion is ok.Lady agreed on phone than she Screw up. Chicken wings not cooked. Waste of money. Never ever ordering again. 87 dollars + plus 8 dollars tips when in drain.Good buy. I hope I don’t end up here again.

Tasty food and above average pizza, nice people but it’s kind of silly that since Covid, they closed the dining area and you can only get takeout and delivery. They also skimp out on the amount of meat they put on their sandwiches. Very little chicken or meatballs on their Parm sandwiches.

I used to come here years ago and stopped by since I was passing through the area. It used to be good, now the dining room is closed, and the selection is minimal, the pizza was “ok” and the employees looked like they didn’t want to be there.
