My dad REALLY wanted a German Chocolate cake for his birthday, and Fratelli’s was the only place that offered one within such short notice! The bakers did an absolutely beautiful job and were so kind and helpful over the phone. So easy for such a stunning cake that made my dad extremely happy (he said it was one of his favorite cakes he’s ever had!). Can’t beat these prices!! Will definitely be coming back again.

It was just a bad experience all around, they’re bakery isn’t great and neither was their service. The first time we went there a few months ago, we ordered 4 pastries, and they forgot to put one in the box, so we drove home without it only to find out we were still charged for the item. A week ago we placed an order for cheese danish, we picked it up today, took a bite and nearly spit it out. It was one of the worst we’ve had. It was literally just a dollop of frosting on puff pastry, and tasted nothing like cheese danish. If you put out Pillsbury rolls and slapped some canned frosting you’d get the same thing. When we called them the woman was extremely dismissive when we called and right before Christmas. 30 dollars wasted.

First time here and it was a treat,literally! The selection of pastries was endless. Cupcakes,cakes,pies,cookies,fancy pastries and well you get the idea. The apple pie was just right with crust ratio(pie people know what I mean) and not to sweet. I ordered 2 doz mixed pastry box and can’t wait to see what I get for this holiday!

Fratelli’s saved the day by taking my custom cake order with only a couple days notice after a very negative experience at another bakery. I was unaware that Fratelli’s decorated custom cakes or they would have been my first option- I’m there pretty often for coffee and baked goods. The person who took my order told me they’d check with the decorator about my chess board design request with fondant and called me back within 30 minutes with the decorators confirmation and a quote (a completely reasonable price by the way)
I picked up the cake and asked for the Happy Birthday ribbon on the spot by the same girl who took my order over the phone. She was super helpful and I appreciated all of her help.
(I purchased the candles & chess piece cake toppers elsewhere) The cake was beautiful and my dad absolutely loved the perfect fondant chess board! The cake itself was a two layered 9-inch chocolate cake with ganache in-between the layers. Everyone LOVED it! It was so, so good.
Thank you so much Fratelli’s for your professionalism & flexibility. You will forever by my go-to and everyone will know where I get my awesome cakes from!

I got a strawberry shirtcake over the summer and brought it to a bbq and it was a hit! Everyone wanted to know where the cake was from bc it was amazing! So I Decided to grab one for my daughter’s birthday a few days ago. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I could tell the cake was old because the strawberries inside had no life left. They looked liked chewed up pieces of meat. Something was leaking causing the whipped cream to liquify and the bottom of the cake to get soggy and disintegrate. The cake itself was dry and stale and you could tell it was past it’s prime. overall a huge disappointment for a major family milestone. not sure I’ll be back since it was so hit or miss
