Uh oh! I have found another restaurant that my body will crave and want to come back again and again – the fluffy long, soft rolls and wonderful house salad served in a bowl, house made fresh pasta, and delicious cocktails.
I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season.
I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good.
The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious.
The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure – really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good.
Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli’s is a Resy restaurant.
We will be returning to Fratelli often, and it will be a enjoyable way to make our day better after a long day of parent caregiving responsibilities and a long drive.

The atmosphere is lovely, the service is fantastic, and the food is sensational. The restaurant is large and open, simply decorated and nicely updated, you will not feel crammed or to crowded by your neighbor. The service was more than you could ask for, they reviewed specials, timed meals perfectly, and made recommendations. The food was outstanding, the pasta fresh and cooked to a perfect Al dente. The salmon on mash was one of the beat salmon dishes I have had in the area in a long time. Great establishment, we will be returning in the future.

This place has excellent service and amazing food. The crab cakes are worth trying. I got the seafood platter the first visit here and the steak and crab cake the second. They are both so good and the crab cake is so filling! The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, no condiments needed. Highly recommend reservations and planning on spending time enjoying this amazing meal!

WOW! incredible dinner. Started off with the Maryland crab soup appetizer. Vegetables in it were fresh tender, delicious, and crab was plentiful. Salad was fresh and delicious dressing was incredible too. Got the blackened chicken and shrimp. Red pesto pasta. Red pesto was delicious and so much sauce. Portion was huge too had to bring over half of my meal back home. Dessert was incredible. The piece of tiramisu that we got was huge and delicious too.
Server was fantastic too. Her was paighton. Very attentive and very friendly. Overall awesome spot highly recommend you have to check out for some great authentic Italian food.

6OCT.2025 Great first visit. The only Italian restaurant nestled in the beautiful mountains of Frederick county Maryland. I love that I was greeted by numerous people as soon as I walked inside.
I was seated quickly and with a splendid view of the lush Appalachian Trail as the backdrop. My order was promptly taken and impressive turnaround time for my food to be served. I had the special (ample quantity) crab cake atop rockfish atop a delicious bed of angel hair pasta with cream sauce & a glass of Chardonnay (white). My salad was to go. Everything was excellent. Thank you everyone who greeted and waited on me at 4:16p.m. until 6p.m.

First time here, it’s been suggested by a lot of family friends. Definitely did not disappoint. This place is amazing. Huge portions. So delicious and authentic. Q, the manager, who also waited on us was phenomenal. Absolutely would recommend and plan to come back again!

Large portions!!!! Great Service!!! Also, the Food was delicious. The Lobster Ravioli is far from average, it comes topped with three tiger shrimp and large backfin crab meat crumbles. The New Strip imperial was cooked to perfection (medium well). The flight of sangria is a must have. The atmosphere is semi upscale Italian which was perfect for our date night. If you haven’t been 10/10 would recommend. If you have been try it again.

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back. It was amazing. The food portions are large. The food itself is amazing. Everything is seasoned perfect not overcooked not undercooked. Just perfect! The crab dip amazing. The crab cakes are huge and extremely tasteful this is a place that you want to try.
