Chicken Parmesan was soggy, watery, bland.
Lasagna was gross. Couldn’t finish it. It was watery, greasy, couldn’t taste anything besides greasy cheese. The meat was not seasoned and was nasty.
You can 100% get better food at Olive Garden.

First time coming here. Food was great, had the Chicken Parmesan. The bread rolls were great. The margaritas were also really good. Usually went to Olive Garden before I learned about this place. Definitely coming back here.

Definitely liked the original location better. The new building is not as inviting, and the A/C issues are very annoying. Only 3 tables and everything else is booths or bar service. We had the Meat Lover’s Pizza with Alfredo Sauce, and it was very good to me. I dig the huge drink glasses they serve beverages in, I assume refills aren’t often requested. Rolls were nice and soft when they came to the table. The young lady who waited on us was pleasant and attentive to us. Hopefully, in enough time, they will get things back together, and the experience will improve.

Some of my friends brought me here for dinner to try it for the first time. This place has a great atmosphere, very friendly service and the food was excellent. The portion size of the food is very worth the price. If you’re looking to try a new Italian restaurant come get Fratelli’s a try.

We came to eat tonight. There was 12 of us. We had a reservation at 4:30pm, and showed up on time. We ordered 2 bottles of red wine, 3 White Russians, a glass of white wine, and a lemon drop martinis. Out of the 12 plates that we ordered, 4 of them came out wrong. The waitress apologized to us because there was an issue with the printer in the kitchen. Not a big deal. We ordered an entire lemon cake to celebrate my stepdads 75th birthday, which will be his last due to an aggressive cancer. As soon as we finished eating the cake, the owner came over to tell us that there were people waiting for our table, and they have been waiting a long time. He asked us to leave. Then he said, “Merry Christmas” and walked away. Your customer service is almost as bad as your food, but the frozen lemon cake was delicious!

So, I see the reviews here are very mixed. Today was my first time eating Fratelli’s. I called my order in for pickup, and I was so impressed that I called the manager to give props! I grew up with Italians, and I KNOW a real, good gravy (marinara sauce). The color alone let me know somebody knows what they’re doing. I had the chicken parm sandwich, and I am in love! Anybody can throw a piece of chicken and a slice of cheese on some bread, but this sandwich was like being in my Italian friend’s kitchen after her dad spent hours perfecting his gravy. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu, but the chicken parm sandwich is awesome! For a pick-up order, I was warmly welcomed, the bartender was inviting and personable, and he gave me a complimentary slice of cheesecake. I’m too full to try it right now, but I’m happy and will definitely be back!

I want to say I know it was a busy night, but there was still no excuse for the service we received. Our waitress forgot to put our appetizer order in, took our food order after and then disappeared for the rest of the night. She did not check on us a single time after we placed the food order and only came to give us our check after I stared her down while she was at the bar. Also took forever to pick up the check and was very short with us. She gave a quick I’m sorry and then said have a good night. Also my chicken was dry and overcooked. My wife was happy with her shrimp tortellini though.

Great atmosphere and decent service but TERRIBLE food. It’s rare that everyone at the table is dissatisfied with their meal but in this case, all three of us had meals that were inedible. We returned two of the dishes, veal Parmesan and mussels, the salmon was edible but tasted frozen and was not fresh and was overcooked. One of the sides was spinach which was chopped spinach and mixed son other greens and tasted awful.
