For a good 30ish min wait time, great pizza! Chicken tikka was excellent, would go back just for this! Pepperoni was a bit oily and salty but overall very satisfying!!

Updated review…. we gave them a chance to make it right after a completely failed order… and they did not disappoint. The manager and owner really did go the extra mile to make sure they have happy customers. I really hope all future orders are taken care of with the same amount of effort that was shown tonight. Wow what a difference, reminds me of the first time we tried this establishment out and fell in love with the food! As soon as my husband walked into the house I could smell the fresh hot food! The entire order was perfect, everything was hot, nothing was missing and it all tasted great! Thankyou again for showing loyal customers you actually care for them doing business with you and enjoy your food! I wish you the best in future success and a team that will want to put in this type of effort for every person that walks thru your doors.

I had a terrible experience here. I ordered the chicken calzone yesterday and a couple hours after eating it I became extremely sick. I started throwing up and felt like I had food poisoning the rest of the night. It was one of the worst reactions I’ve ever had after eating takeout.
The food didn’t taste fresh and clearly something was not right. Getting that sick from a meal is completely unacceptable. A restaurant should take food safety seriously, and based on my experience that clearly didn’t happen.
I will definitely not be coming back and I would strongly caution others before ordering the chicken calzone here. Getting violently ill after a meal is not something anyone should have to deal with.

Fratellis is hands down one of the best spots around! The food is always fresh and delicious, and they have so many great options — pizza, subs, smash burgers, tenders, fries, desserts, and more. Everything we’ve tried has been amazing.
Mike, the owner, is fantastic and really cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of the food and the service. Highly recommend Fratellis if you’re looking for great food and a great experience!

the pizza is delicious but the customer service is what just secured me as a returning customer. didn’t catch his name but he was really nice and threw in a free ranch, ranch is good as well!! i believe he was the owner and if not he’s a good employee, can tell he takes pride in his products. i’ve already told my family this is our new pizza spot.

5 stars for Fratellis! I hired them to cater my son’s first birthday party and everything was perfect. From the initial planning, Mike was a pleasure to deal with—very responsive and he worked with me to get a great deal. On the day of the party, they were on time and the food was incredibly fresh. EDIT: The next time i went after this review my food was burnt I’ll be honest, the food is great! and it keeps me coming back as a customer, but wait times NEED to improve. They tell me 25 mins on the phone for one calzone and breadsticks, and up taking an hour. If they were slammed I would understand but atleast tell me that on the phone. It gets frustrating when this happens over and over again.

Found this spot accidentally while looking for wings. Came and tried their Honey Sriracha unbreaded wings & never looked back. Friendly staff is a bonus & prices are budget friendly.
