I ordered a piece of Cappuccino cake and it was extremely small and the slices were not evenly proportioned. Very disappointed! Especially when I order all the time from here. It definitely was not Worth $5.68 a slice. Unfortunately, I will not order any dessert from there any longer. Overly priced. It’s also hit or miss whether or not it’s dry. Staff wasn’t very social And didn’t seem concerned about the issue regarding the slice. Update, the slice was dry when I tried it.

I absolutely love this bakery & cafe. It’s a beautiful open layout with seating inside. They have a great selection of fresh desserts & pastries. The coffee is delicious! The flavors this week are whipped cream & chocolate covered banana There are syrup options if you want extra flavor. They also have a tea selection. I’ve been ordering the Poly’s Special sandwich for breakfast & it’s so good! I got fruit pastries today to share with my coworkers & they were so decadent! I’ve been served by three different staff this week & they’ve all been very kind. This place is also clean, easy to find & has plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend! ❤️

I’ve gone here a few times to grab pastry’s in a pinch and service and quality had been great. But I went yesterday morning and grabbed cupcakes for desert later that night. Every single one was stale to the point I heard one tip over in the box. I was hoping it was just all the treats on top, nope. So sad since they’re a little pricy, if you know they’re going stale do a quick sale on them so they don’t go to waste My daughters cake pop was great atleast.

Beyond sad. Decided to get a few cupcakes to celebrate my birthday today (yup had to get my own ) but they are all stale. I got a good variety of 6 and not just one was all 6! I’ve been a loyal fratelli’s customer I get checkerboard cakes usually for everyone’s birthdays and they have never disappointed. I hope this was just an off Monday? I also got a mini cream puff and eclair for ride home/breakfast. Yup stale ended up tossing the eclair after the frosting crumbled off. Service was A+ he even tossed in a thumb cookie for my 4 year old daughter for a smile. Very kind
Hope this gets some attention and no one else has this experience. I would like to see this bakery continue and succeed. Please keep it fresh and quality check before you sell to customers every matters these days.

i’m a HUGE bakery fan, i love my sweets. i stopped by here & i was super excited .. the macaroons was super sweet not my favorite but the SHORTBREAD COOKIES HUNNTIII !! that’s a 10/10 !! i recommend this place if you want something sweet. price was a bit pricey for my pockets but it’s still a cute little place

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s second birthday. I gave the cake decorator the freedom to do what she wanted with it, and it came out unbelievable. It was such a hit at the party and there were no left overs. I will 100% be ordering my baby girls cake here again!

The funfetti and oreo cakes were delicious! $34 per cake. It’s nice I didn’t have to order ahead, I went in at noon on a Sunday and they had about 10 whole cakes ready to go. My mom and stepdad found this place on 3/19. I tried some of the stuff they bought. It all tastes amazing. I finally checked it out for myself. Usually, I’m up here after 4 pm so I miss the opening hours. I’m glad to find out you guys are inside St. Anne’s Hospital cause I go there a lot. Everything I have tried so far has been a A +!

Fratelli’s came to the rescue about five years ago when a local bakery couldn’t fulfill an order. Contacted Fratelli’s and without hesitation they accepted the order. So from there on out this is where we go for all holidays and special occasions. Desserts are amazing! Selection has from traditional to new and exciting options. Sandwiches for lunch is scrumptious- and have a vegetarian option. We travel 30 minutes from our home but wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Came in there this morning for the first time and amazing service. The guy was a sweetheart and all the pastries were beautiful, fresh, for an AMAZING price. Also tried the mango refresher which had mango pieces, absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this place, it’s clean and everyone is very friendly. Will definitely be back ❤️
