Frappe Joe is a warm oasis on a frosty winter day. They offer a wide and seasonal variety of roasts, and I recently enjoyed a hazelnut frappe, a seasonal latte, and one of their breakfast sandwiches. Their glazed donut has that classic old‑fashioned goodness where you don’t get that anymore from others. I also appreciate that Frappe Joe gives back, including sponsoring the recent “100 for Good” philanthropy event supporting the local community and charitable organizations.

Today was the first time I even noticed this place existed; we approached it after a nice supper at Lou Ca’s, though I had little faith the coffee would be that good, as it is on the far end of a nondescript brick building that doesn’t inspire much confidence about Quality.

My girlfriend is from NYC, and very finicky about coffee…her face lit up when she sipped her latte.
She’s stated emphatically that it’s the best (latte) she’s ever had in NJ in all the years she has come over to stay with me on weekends.
We’ll definitely be back, as she has decreed that this is our new coffee place.

Frappe Joe’s isn’t the only coffee shop in town but it is quite easily the best in the area. It has become my go-to for coffee and donuts which are all excellent. In particular, I highly recommend their cold brew which is a personal fave. Their staff and owner are also very friendly and happy to suggest variations on their coffee for you to try. Lastly, I love that they support efforts to give back to the local community. In short, drop what you’re doing and go grab a coffee and donut at Frappe Joes!

Try out all of their specialty drinks, their campfire latte is an absolute staple now an absolute staple now.
Their pastries are also extremely fresh and delicious, their jelly donut is one of the best ones I’ve ever had. It’s extremely fluffy and completely stuffed with jelly which is amazing.
Lastly their food is also extremely good, I’ve been liking their Maple chicken egg and cheese, smothered with sauce.

Frappe Joes coffee is delicious and would highly recommend trying their donuts! You won’t go back to any other donut shop! They also are a great supporter of local charities and recently donated to our Metuchen charitable cause. Strongly recommend giving them a shot!

They just updated the interior which brings the look and feel up to the quality of the coffee, food, and service. Shetal the owner is a legend. He is always finding ways to help the community. But their coffee is the best around, no matter which way you drive in any direction. The best coffee period.

This coffee shop being local would be great to enjoy but is was awful. I asked for medium house brewed coffee. First of all, the young lady type in a flavored coffee and served me in a small cup. I told her that is not medium sized and also asked for house brewed. She purposely overcharge me and the pricing was clearly written. Management did nothing to rectify the matter. Local owned and locally overcharging. I am better off going to the 7 Eleven store next door for the coffee. Honest and Great Service. Be careful of this place. Would not recommend

I know this place does their own coffee beans or something like that but so far each time I’ve tried their latte it wasn’t good . I’ve tried their bagels and donuts which were so good. The coffee didn’t seem appealing to me at all and both times I tried it I literally could not finish it. The most recent time I went I ordered an iced gingerbread latte and they gave it to me hot which was fine I didn’t want to be a bother knowing it’s busy. It tasted like cardboard though lol. I’m always one to support small businesses I just think the coffee needs some work. Food is pretty decent and halal, and donuts taste so fresh!
