I really hate to make this review because this business has been a staple of EM for a while. I went in yesterday, service horrible, dough not fully cooked and the buffalo chicken pizza was SO DRY basically inedible without dunking it in sauce. The chicken was stringy and sweet???. Margarita slice was so meh. The cherry on top $7 for a slice?? I have eaten before and it was okay but with this quality I am never coming back!!

The food was exceptional. I had the pepperoni slice and it came out hot, but not too hot where I burned myself. I will definitely be coming back. Above all, exceptional pizza paired with a clean place to sit and eat. I’m definitely coming back.

Hate to have to write this review, I have been a long time standing customer but recently their appreciation for their customers has went to shame. They constantly forget items when delivering and don’t offer any credit or compensation. Recently had them bring the food they forgot in the car and it was ICE cold and after everybody’s dinner has been eaten. Place has turned into a money grab and it’s sad. Asked the manager to show a kind gesture and was told they cannot. Very pathetic sad our family will no longer use them for catering and Sunday dinners.

This place has bomb pizza. It might be the best place to get a specialty slice. Last time I came here I ordered the mac and cheese slice and the deep dish spinach slice. They were both really good. It was nice and heavy and very hot, which is just the way I like my specialty pizza. My friend ordered a buff chick pizza and roll. He enjoyed his order as well. This place doesn’t just make quality food. They keep their establishmenr very clean which makes it a very comfortable place to sit down and eat. Ultimately Fratoni’s supplies a good bang for your buck and I’d totally come back here.

After recently giving this place another try(so convenient to my location) I was disappointed again by the Grandma’s pie just flapping in your hand ( I mean hands because you can’t even pick up the slice in one hand) not crispy like a pizza should be and piles of tomatoes plopped here and there leaving most of the pie without( just not appetizing).
Too bad, not likely to try again. The server was pleasant though.

Did an order for pickup through postmates they are listed on the app and they said they never received my order. Took them 30 minutes to realize they don’t have the order. Wasn’t offered anything for wasting my time and money just left.
