Mrs. Lisa has the best snowballs in town. Every time me and my husband goes she is always very sweet & kind. The prices are very cheap. Mrs. Lisa makes all different kinds of snowballs with a bunch of different flavors and many different designs. I will always recommend Frans to everyone!

Frans has the absolute best snowballs around hands down! There is NO competition or comparison. If you can think it she can make it. She has hundreds of flavors and combinations. My boys are so spoiled by her and loyal to her. Her customer service is an absolute pleasure unlike the other snowball place. She’s not mean to her employees nor does she make them cry unlike some snowball places I know

Best snowballs in Houma, period. They have over 70 traditional flavors and over 150 special flavors. Fran’s is the closest thing that I’ve found to the iconic Hansen’s or Plum St. Snowballs in New Orleans. This is a cash only business, so be sure to have some on hand.

I was late to the game and discovered Fran’s Snowball Stand around 2014. Since then, I have become a super fan. Ms. Lisa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and she is always concocting creative flavors and combos. I especially love her Zelda snowball.
