I honestly can’t speak highly enough about Frannie’s – we love this place! Their focaccia breakfast sandwiches are to die for, excellent drinks, adorable atmosphere and delicious donuts. Hoping to meet Frannie herself one of these days!!

I love this place and the location is so convenient as it’s right on main street. Everyone is super friendly there and their donuts are delicious. My personal favorite is coconut, but I recently tried their pumpkin and it was amazing. I highly recommend their mulled cider this time of year. It’s an excellent combination with their donuts. If you know someone that loves this place too consider getting them a gift card for Christmas or their birthday!

They had me at donuts. This place is so darn cute you just have to go in. I got the 8 pack to go and a variety as it was my first time here. The presentation is beautiful and the packaging perfect. I was super excited to taste these cuties before the first traffic light. While they looked amazing the flavor of the donut was so less than average. Did I eat them all? Yes. Would I go here again? Yes, the sandwich’s also looked amazing. Let me know what you think.

Such a cute little family ran coffee spot!! I’ve finally perfected my coffee order, as recommended by Will, a Shakerato (shaken espresso). I haven’t tried much food from here yet.. only an egg croissant breakfast sandwich and the sourdough bagel which were both yummy! Only wish this place could be open later because it’s soo good.

YUMM! Delicious mini donuts and breakfast sandwiches! Every donut we tried we really enjoyed. The glazed buttermilk was our favorite! While sitting eating donuts we saw someone else eating a breakfast sandwich that looked amazing and decided to try them too since the donuts were so good. They did not disappoint. We will certainly be going back!

The family that works here is super friendly, and they seem genuinely happy to serve you vs walking into a dunkins. I found their prices to be extremely fair. Iced latte was good and donuts were good (apple pie was the best).
The sandwich was also “good” but I went out of my comfort zone trying a biscuit sandwich and much prefer an English muffin or croissant. This is nothing to fault them for though, just personal preference.
I would love to have that biscuit with some sausage gravy though

ORIGINAL: I would normally give this place a 4 star but only because it doesn’t have many food options to support my diet (dairy/meat free), HOWEVER, their vibe and offerings rock and they have cultivated such a great offering for the community. It’s one of the most vibrant spots in the city I have found.
I’ve had their bagels before which are great! But they don’t have any vegan cream cheese yet. Maybe someday.
They do have Oat and almond milk options for coffees for only .50 additional charge, which is unheard of and greatly appreciated!
They have smoothie bowls which I’m stoked to try when the weather is a little warmer.
They have a chess board table and a little pac man arcade-type game.
Parking: street or out back. There’s a walkway between the buildings to get to their main street entrance if you park out back.

Came here at a friends recommendation. Good donuts and fun interior. The prices felt very fair for what you get. It’s definitely a popular place for families, and I would go again for a quick sweet treat in the future.

My husband and I LOVE going to Frannie’s! Great donuts, great coffee, GREAT breakfast sandwiches, and great vibes all around. Very consistent and service is quick and friendly. Couldn’t say enough things about this adorable neighborhood spot.
