After YEARS of occasional take out and dine in, I ordered what was supposed to be a grilled chicken breast Alfredo entree served over angel hair with peas and broccoli.
Instead, I got dry, hard, tiny bits of chicken in a very greasy and oily butter sauce.
Lettuce in my salad was brown, cucumber was slimy, the tomato had two rot marks clearly shown placed on top of salad but was still sent out with my dinner. Even the bread was hard and dry.
I called the restaurant to let them know right away. I spoke to the manager Nestor, he passed me on to someone else, she said my manager is very busy right now, he will call you back. (She was very apologetic and nice.) He did not bother calling me back so I called the next day, I told him I wanted to send pictures of everything I took from my dinner the night before.
I sent them over and he said it looks like you got chicken from what we would put in a wrap. To me, it doesn’t even look like something I would put in a wrap for my customers either. Didn’t bother mentioning anything to me about the bread, the salad or the buttery yellow sauce on my pasta, which was definitely not an Alfredo sauce, said he’d give me a discount on my next purchase. $22 out the window, wasted time, didn’t enjoy my dinner, Took a few bites of my dinner before I realized this is horrifically greasy and nothing like an Alfredo sauce, Chicken was dry and hard.
Decided not to cook on a Friday night and just wanted some good take out.
Turned off, what a shame.

This is the worst pizza we ever had. It was so bland. My husband ordered a soda and it tasted like dish water. I ordered a raspberry ice tea and the taste was soooo off and tasted like I was drinking pure sugar. They charged us $16.00 for 2 slices of pizza and drinks. Horrible! Will not come back, and was throughly annoyed at spending money on this crappy food.

Typical NJ pizza chain. Dinners were good. Go there frequently for chicken rolls which are better than average. Service is always friendly. Table service was a bit off, that’s why only 3 stars on that.

I am so disappointed. I am going from five to one star. This evening we ordered food. The franchisee was water, the chicken had no flavor and was on the tough side. They used minced pre jar garlic and just poured it everywhere with tons of oil when u bit it it dripped down your face.

Franks has great pizza, especially the specialty slices they have inside. But recently they’ve been falling off.
The delivery has been horrible. They say “30-45mins” but expect around 90 mins. The pizza arrives late & cold. I’ve spoken to the driver and they say “Sorry, they gave me 6 orders at once to deliver.”
I’ve called them and told them the issue but basically there’s nothing they can do. I don’t want to start ordering from Mama’s in Hackettstown.
But my suggestion?? Pick up the food yourself or dine-in. Pizza gets an A, but delivery is a D-

Frank’s is my go to place for Italian food esp pizza. They Always have an abundance of choices to pick from. They have a large dining room and a giant TV to watch, which is great if you’re dining alone. Always very clean and the employees are friendly and courteous. 10 Stars!!!
