I moved back home recently and i have been trying the newer places around. I love their crispy chicken with Provolone platter. It is well worth it! Sometimes i eat in because i just cant wait and its always so fresh. In a year i have not had any issues with them. I love their customer service! All different people and we are all human! I love the vibe inside too because it intimate to me. Dark and quiet for a wind down. And the staff is amazing!! They know Quanda is gonna come back often and tell a friend and i love that!! And their desserts are amazing according to my tween and teen and partner. We order 1-4 times a week.

Food was done fast and made exactly to order. The cheese steak was decent yet small compared to other cheese steaks I’ve had of a similar price. I prefer my roll soft, this one was a little hard and dry.

It was a complete garbage, with so much eagerness that I went to pick up my order and it was a complete disappointment to try it. It was a waste of money, the food tasted horrible, the fries were soggy and the meat was dry and tasteless. I felt more the taste of the tomato than the meat itself and not to mention bread. Just getting ready to order take out and all I want is Franks. Sadly the food I want you don’t seem to make anymore. I looked and there’s no new owner so what happened? Yours was my favorite cheese steak in all of Philly and I would order for your bacon cheese fries alone. Now the cheese that made them both amazing is gone and the cheese steak is dry, tough and really just a steak, cause there’s maybe a little speck of cheese underneath all that meat. They are so generous with their portions too! This just breaks my heart as I’d make my husband order here every other week through nagging. Miss you my delicious cheesey cheese steak and magical bacon cheese fries .

We should have checked there, as we were surprised and disappointed when I open it. Normally my hubby and I share a streak and fries. When it’s a FULL steak that is. 1/4 of the sandwich is missing. So not only have prices gone up which is too be expected what’s not ok is to increase the prise and maje the portions smaller. When I called the girl that answered said that they sell small and large steaks. I told her a I’ve never had to specify a size in the past. She then changed it and said no that they only sell one size! That they get large rolls & cut them in half, that’s why the size difference. At that time I just hung up. Like a lot of us, I work too hard to fool around with businesses that aren’t up front.

They forgot to add my whiz to my Fries which I paid extra for don’t see how you miss that it’s printed on the receipt.. the cheese steak was very dry didn’t like that .. onions had a weird taste.. wings are good.. but the name is franks steaks not franks wings .. steaks should be better smh

On the window states ask for a menu because the prices have changed. So I asked for a menu and ordered the special and was charged extra. So I told the girls that the price looks off and she said everything on the menu is 1.5-2$ higher we are waiting for the new menus to come in. You guys shouldn’t display “ask for the menu” if the menu prices aren’t accurate. I was supposed to pay 25$ and instead it was 31 and some change that’s a difference.

Frank’s Steaks & Burgers is easily one of the best cheesesteak spots in Philly. The ribeye is sliced fresh, cooked perfectly, and loaded onto a soft, chewy roll that holds up. I always get the cheesesteak with spicy peppers. Staff is very friendly, service is quick, and everything comes out hot. The cheesesteak fries are a nice bonus too. Great portions and fair prices. Highly recommend if you’re craving a real Philly cheesesteak!

My family & I used to come here very often, not sure what’s happened since last year. Under new management perhaps?? My cheese steak meat is so thick, big and DRY! Can even eat it or I’ll be eating it until the new year! I don’t know what happened to them, very disappointing!
