The owner Fred, the company is named after his father Frank, is a hospitable man and a fantastic grill master. The location is in a building strip shared with Calvary Chapel. I am not a brisket fan, but due to the pork being unavailable, at the moment, I went with the brisket sandwich. I would eat brisket here again!! There wasn’t anything we ordered that have any complaints against. The beans were great the slaw was different, in a good way, and the mac n cheese was homemade. The BBQ sauce was spot on!!

Took a while to get these guys a try and we were surprised. Best BBQ in Williams. The pulled pork was juicy and flavor is just right. Mac and cheese and potato salad are both great. We will be back for more! Service was quick and friendly. They offer delivery. We also paid by credit card when we got the food delivered.

We walked in at 1:30 pm on a cold February day and had the place to ourselves. Fred made us feel at home, and offered one of the best, most tender and flavorful brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had. Really special with crunchy pickles, jalapeno and a little sauce! The pulled pork was just as good! Fred’s passion for his food, family and community is evident in the atmosphere and in every bite. If you’re in Williams, Frank’s is a must!

Stopped in at Frank’s Smoking Oak BBQ in Williams AZ and had the smoked chicken sandwich with a side of potato salad—absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!
I originally had my eye on the baby back ribs, but they were sold out until tomorrow. Honestly, I usually avoid chicken at BBQ spots because it’s almost always dry. But let me tell you—this was the exception! The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. The bun was soft and fresh, the BBQ sauce was spot on, and the homemade potato salad brought me straight back to my childhood. Nothing store-bought here—just creamy, flavorful, and delicious. I cleaned the plate and wanted more!
Portions are generous, the food is packed with flavor, and the only “negative” thing I can say is that I’m mad at myself for not trying this place sooner. If the chicken is this good, I cannot wait to come back for the ribs!

Swung by Frank’s in the afternoon after a morning trip to the Grand Canyon. We had brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken and baby back ribs. Everything was incredible. Amazing smoke flavor in the brisket and ribs. Also had sides like the mac and cheese & potato salad which was delicious! You’ve gotta check this spot out if you’re nearby!

This food is the best BBQ you can get around these parts. No need for sauce, just slap your lips around the bun and enjoy the flavor of smoked goodness. Stop in and tell ole FRANK you love him.

Such an amazing experience. The owner Fred took our order and was so kind. We got to hear about his story and how the business got started. This is at the top of my list for BBQ. The brisket sandwich, ribs, potato salad, and Mac were all delicious. This is the spot to be!
