Franks place was fantastic, breakfast tasted just like someone made me breakfast at home. Frank runs the show with efficiency and I’m sure could care less about reviews which makes it that much better. For a liberal leaning Seattlite I absolutely love the reminder from Frank about our military and our country. The little American flags with our breakfast on 4th of July weekend topped it off. Will definitely be going back!

Uncle Frank is the best! The place is filled military and family oriented memories. There’s a pool table some 8 track tapes and even a Galaga machine to play for free while you wait.

Flew in from Ft. Worth and made a mad dash to Frank’s. The wheat toast was worth the trip alone. However, the devilled eggs stole the show. Amazing service and very cool atmosphere. Can’t wait for the next trip.

Visiting from TN. This place was so welcoming and the breakfast was 10/10. Get the bacon .

The navy/marine’s atmosphere makes this restaurant a lovely, special place! Haven’t really enjoy such an American-style, country-like brunch in a while, comparing with those in the cities. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to try something old-fashioned!

We stopped in midweek on our way to the ferry. We enjoyed both our food and talking to Frank. The kitschy collection of military memorabilia is a must see (very patriotic)

Hands down one of the best breakfast spots we’ve tried within the area to include Seattle and Tacoma. Very military and veteran focused restaurant. They have lots of menu options for breakfast to include some Hawaiian favorites such as Loco Moco and Siamin. The portions are huge and the service was great. You do need to wait a bit for your order since they only have a couple people running the restaurant. Great food for the value and awesome ambience. Highly recommend.

First time I can see why it’s a local favorite. Frank made me feel like I’ve been coming there for years.

If I could rate this higher I would. My picky niece ate ALL OF her JR8. my sister stated, “waffles are fluffy, bacon is cooked to my liking, eggs are fluffy…I like this place!” My food was basic yet delicious!!

This was the worst dining experience ever. Would be 0 stars if that option was available. Seats were very uncomfortable. No table side service. Drinks are in a gas station fridge. Asked for a glass of ice water cause its outrageous to pay for a bottled water at a sit down restaurant but when I asked, I was told they don’t serve ice. Ordered the biscuits and gravy with potatos and eggs over medium and got one yolk runny and the other was so cooked it was complete rubber. The gravy was watery and running off the cold biscuits and had no flavor at all. The potatoes were also flavorless and were absolutely terribly cooked. Not worth 40$ for breakfast. Would not recommend at all.
