If I could give less than a star I would. This bar after showing our I d refused to serve us none of us were drunk. They sent a waitress to get our order we showed her our ID. Then they told the waitress she could not serve anything but food. When we tried to Order a drink. The bartender had our ID for the pool table and refused to serve us because we didn’t have our. ID he had our ID and would not serve alcohol again. 1st part of the day nobody had been drinking yet.. This establishment was rude. They would not serve any alcohol to any of us who showed our ID. There were 11 of us they lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of business.. Horrible horrible customer service.. Do not come here. We are a large Riding group with 8600 members. I don’t know if this bar and establishment understands. What 8000 members giving a bad? Google review can do to your business but they’re about to find out..

The amount of money this business lost in this night alone should be enough to fire your entire staff and start fresh. We were refused service, we were denied drinks. When we asked about getting service at the tables because our party was too big to sit at the bar or even one table we were told there was someone serving the tables but they didn’t know where they were and the girl behind the bar telling us this insisted she was a bartender, not a server. The man behind the bar told us he didn’t have a cocktail waitress and didn’t bother to try to wait on us, instead three or four people stood behind the bar while we waited and then eventually left. Our crew ordered 11 shots and drinks and were told they needed to see everyone’s ID…all of us in our early 40’s and up…and when they were produced we were refused any alcohol and told we could only get food. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I’m also a bartender and if I have customers sitting for a half hour not getting served, I am embarrassed and ashamed for myself and on behalf of my employer. Maybe if you don’t want to serve bikers during bike fest, you should just keep your doors closed, because you have a very irresponsible, lazy, and horrible staff. Poor Frank…even poorer due to this type of service, or lack of.

Worst place ever. No staff to accommodate everyone. Wouldn’t take our drink orders at the bar, said we had to have table service. Waitress finally came over at 15 minutes, took drink orders of about 20 drinks, took the order to the bar and she was told she couldn’t serve us, that we had to go to the bar. Absolute SHlT show. My group that attended Leesburg Bikefest (about 100 people) will be spending our money at other places, not at Franks. Staff was very rude, right down to the owner. Do not spend a penny here.

The photos above with that great review are not of Frank’s place. They do not have enough balls for all the tables. When the *cook* calls out there is no food available. I have been here 3 times for pool and everything the bartenders have attitude. No thank yous and to be waited on seems to be the last thing on there mind. I do not know who owns it . They should pay attention to there staff and customers.

Waitress worked really hard! Food was good. Prices were reasonable. The bar was packed as we left. Outdoor seating available. This is a great local dive. Go and tell them Goyo GTO Highley recommends! Please consider giving me a ‘like’ for the review.

No body was there when I showed up and service was still slow. Also there was a lunch special that wasn’t posted anywhere and wasn’t informed of that I missed by 10 minutes betore asking the bartender about. She wouldn’t give me the special because I was 10 minutes late when I asked, even though I had been there for an hour drinking. Trash. Lots of pool tables though.
