This food was not cooked all the way through, it was cooked just enough to slightly melt the cheese and toast the crust. This place is not as good as when the original family owned it, they don’t cook food all the way, $3 for pepperoni barely anything on it, $1 for onions and green pepper and they put both whole vegetables on it. This is my 3rd order from them because I want to give them a fair chance and 1 pizza was great 2nd and 3rd pizzas were both very bad basically just like the pictured one. Hire team members that actually care and make sure they cook and top correctly.

The pizza took a good minute to get to the table. Drinks were fast tho. The food was alright. I would recommend getting a pizza to share for (~3 ppl). We made the mistake of getting one for each, there was so much. We had to ask for napkins like three times…

Stopped for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were greeted and seated immediately by manager Kasey. She recommended the Detroit style pizza called The Peterson. It has pepperoni, mozzarella,fresh ricotta, garlic, and a wonderful pizza sauce. Pizza was delicious, and everything was priced reasonably. Kasey gave us great service. She checked back several times to see if we needed anything else, all while managing the restaurant. We will be back!

This place was okay. Not in a good way either. I remember coming here as a kid and their pizza was very flavorful and the crust had a certain texture that crunched, yet it was chewy at the same time. Man were those the days. Because now, their pizza is average and their prices aren’t the best either.
Their menu has changed quite a bit. They no longer serve Italian dishes, such as spaghetti and ravioli. They have many different styles of pizza. With that said, I would like to try the Detroit style pizza if I ever decide to stop back in.
On the pizza that we ordered, which was the hand tossed pizza, the slices were very flimsy. The toppings fell off as you held the slice. It kind of lacked flavor as well.
The antipasto salad was small and the lunch meat and cheese, which you do not get a lot of, did not have much flavor.
The meatballs weren’t bad. They weren’t something that would make me race back to this place though.
The atmosphere is much different now too. I do like that you can sit outside. I also like that there is a bar you can sit at. But honestly, I like the old Italian restaurant vibe better than the hipster modern pizzeria feel. That’s just me though.
The service was average. The waitress was kind of unattentive and really not that friendly. She didn’t make any mistakes though, which was good.
Overall, I would like to try their Detroit pizza if I come back. Aside from that, I really don’t know what would bring me back to this place. It’s certainly not the same as it once was.

We love Frank’s but today we received the worst pizza we have ever gotten from there. Asked for it well done and not only was it not well done it was soggy and the toppings were falling right off. When we called to complain they wanted us to drive it back 30 mins with the pizza to put it back in the oven, probably won’t be back ☹️

Just moved back after 3 years being in Arizona and this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m gluten free due to an allergy and the bread was the most delicious gluten free I’ve ever had. I’ll be back over and over. Staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. Place is clean and plays amazing music. I’m ruined for any other place that has gluten free pizza because I’m only going to come here for it now. Just WOW spectacula!

I ordered the Franks Speical, I wish there was more sauce on it but other than that it was crunchy and flavorful. Chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and meatballs were pretty good as well. Antipasto salad was same as everywhere else nothing crazy. Waitress was super friendly and paitent with us, great service.

Wow, this was my first time. The waitress was great. They were accommodating for my daughter, who is gluten and dairy free. She had bread sticks for like the 2nd time in her life. Even vegan cheese. We also had regular pizza at our table. All detroit style. We will be back!!

Pizza was super expensive and mediocre, two large pizzas cost north of 50 bucks and the takeout pizza I had ordered had long black hair on two different ends of the pizza. I will not be returning and will actively recommend against going there to anyone visiting Wyandotte. There are plenty of great places to eat downtown and this isn’t one of them.
