Salad greens were perfect. Fake Parmesan cheese, no. Croutons? They seemed like they came from a bag, not tasty, a bit stale. The dressing came across more of a vinaigrette instead of Caesar. The chicken didn’t look or taste right. The buffalo sauce looked like it was diluted with oil. This meal was a complete waste of $20+. I took one bite of the salad and ate one piece of chicken hoping it tasted better than it looked. This was not it for me at all.

With comparison to the New Haven style pizzas I think Franks is one of the best in the vicinity. You can tell it’s family owed and operated by the way the answer the phone and their great customers. Thank you for that! They always get my order straight. You’d be surprised just a regular order can be messed up by some of these other pizza joints. Crust is perfect and crisp, but not burnt. Toppings are great with perfect blend of sauce, not overpowering.

This had become my go-to place for my pizza or penne a la vodka. The wait is always reasonable and worth it. I typically get takeout or delivery. From what I see, they are very efficient. The Greek salad is lovely, the garlic knots give you all the garlic you could ever want, and the containers are well filled. The people behind the counter really love food. You can tell.

An order was made through the preferred app last night (May 16, 2025). Hung out outside and since we were already there, waited on the porch for dinner. However, we got a notification that the food was delivered. It was never delivered and nobody even came through the neighborhood. We tried calling the restaurant on numerous occasions and never got a response. Since it took so long, we couldn’t even re-order from here if we wanted to. We ended up getting food from somewhere else. The lack of service and options to contact them is ridiculous. Unless you walk in, I wouldn’t bother with this business, especially if an order gets messed up.

I ordered catering for my small backyard wedding from franks. We always get our pizza from franks (which is the best in town) so I figured let’s get our catering from them too! We got the chicken piccata and sausage and peppers trays and we were blown away! I highly recommend franks. All of my guests loved it too everyone complimented the food. They were also very accommodating for us. We originally wanted food for 430 and then we wanted it sooner last minute so we called and they were there asap. Thank you franks !!!

I ordered through the slice app. Pizza said out for delivery but took 35 mins to deliver. When I called they told me that it was on its way. It came cold and needed to be reheated. It was supposed to be half meatball and jalapeño half cheese and that was incorrect as well which resulted in one of my kids not getting pizza. When I called I got a simple, “sorry about that” and then they hung up on me. Clearly they do not care about their customers or keeping customers. Really disappointed, and whats worse is i never leave a bad review but this place just didn’t seem to care
