Not a good experience if I eat pizza almost every day, let me explain.

If you’re dealing with pizza and food on a plate, you shouldn’t be handling cash or the register. I went in for one slice, and when the slice was done, no one was there to collect my money. I had to search around for one of the busy three people to take my money for the pizza.. The register is buried in the back next to other food and items in the kitchen/Pizza prepare area.. the place did not look clean at all. The only one who looked up. The car was the Spanish gentleman in the back making pizza. Everyone else looked, overwhelmed and dingy.. when I got in the car and took a bite of the slice. I noticed the smell of the cheese before I bit it. It was a smell. I only get from very few pizzerias that I have been to in my life.. It was a smell of poor quality cheese and are not so good pasta sauce at all.. the cheese and the sauce were both to my opinion, not tolerable. My three year-old also agreed that the pizza was not good which now I have to go to another place to get him dinner because that was just awful.. I did not taste any basil did not taste any oregano or definitely not fresh ingredients. I hope this pizza shop can do better in the future.

Highly recommend. Walked in to see about 6+ specialty pies to try. I ordered a spinach/ricotta & a broccoli/ricotta was amazing. Hot fresh & great taste. They do have a sit down server area with a full menu as well. Service was fast and professional. Definitely stopping by again….

It is always a great experience. Sometimes the staff are takative and nice meanwhile other times do not even talk ‘no thank you no goodbye’. I love the place and I don’t want to close, so we always go to buy pizza, that by the way! It is tasteful and great. I recommended 100%. I attached the photo of the half of tomatoe, basil, and mozzatella pizza , delicious. Although, I have to add fresh basil it has dry basil. Thanks, I have fresh basil to added .

Love the sicilian and margerita pizzas. I don’t usually dine-in, but I think it is a nice place to have lunch or dinner. There are a couple of tables outside in summer, also. The pizzas that I have tried are very good, and the staff are nice.

This is a pizzeria in our neighborhood . almost couple days a week we go for pizza. We usually get The salad pizza. Same order for months but every time we get it it’s a different taste. It’s amazing when you get the same order with a new taste every time and every time it’s super great my favorite is when he adds fresh basil to the pizza he’s able to make it really really good. I’m glad that we have a good pizzeria in our neighborhood. Makes it an easy choice when we want something quick.

The owner at Franks was very accommodating and helpful when I asked if he could make garlic knot monkey bread for us. It came out so good and was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed it along with the pizza. Thank you!

I was very disappointed. I take out food all the time from all the Franks around the area and I get an eggplant wrap with the balsamic glaze on the side. But I would ask for balsamic glaze On the side and get it no questions asked from any other Franks. This location said we need to put it on for you like I’m a child. I Do not want you to put it on for me. I like to dip my sandwich and control the amount of balsamic I am putting on my sandwich. A Man came out and said I cannot put it on the side for you and if I do I have to charge you for it. I didn’t get the balsamic on the sandwich so why do you have to charge me extra for it when no other Franks charges me for it. I left without it after spending $12.45 for the wrap (which they also charged me an extra $0.50 for the whole wheat wrap and did not indicate that on the menu either ). So for here on out I will not be going to this Frank’s anymore and I will continue to go to the other Franks who do not treat me like I am a child and want to charge me extra for something that I just did not get on the sandwich in the first place.

I really wanted to like this place. Working close by, I thought this would be a great, quick lunch spot for me. I’ve tried it 3 separate times, and here’s my honest take on this place.

First time I went, I had a slice of their Margherita Vodka. It was just OK. What really threw me for a loop though was the price. $9 for a single specialty slice and a Pure Leaf iced tea? Sheesh.

Second time I went in, I got a slice of their Salad pizza. It was just decent. It was more lettuce and onions than anything, barely any eggplant on it, and the crust had zero taste. Again, I was thrown for a loop when the total came out to $8 for that slice and a simple Poland Springs water!

Last time I went, I figured OK, I’ll play it safe this time, and try a slice of their plain pizza. That was the biggest mistake in my life. I’ve had pizza from everywhere in this state, some bad, some good, some just passable, but this single plain pizza slice had to be the worst single slice of pizza I have ever had. Complete slop. So thin, that it was impossible to even pick up and eat, you had to literally fold this thing twice. Both the cheese and the crust were completely tasteless. Also, the cheese was super-oily, dripping from the slice like a waterfall. This plus a Poland Spring water came out to $6. Unbelievable greed here. Do yourself a favor, go to Nicky G’s down the road, you can get 2 large slices and a water for $6. Go to Tony’s down the street. Go to King’s Pizza. Just go anywhere but this place. Their other food might taste good, but I’ll never try it, because after 3 failed attempts, they no longer get my business. Sorry Frank’s, I really wanted to like you, but you missed the mark.

First time at Frank’s pizza. I really enjoyed their pizza! Pizza crust was thin- which is my fave. Ordered half cheese half sausage pie – delicious! Not too saucy- it was tasty! Customer service was great. Will come back again!

We love the white pizza with Ricotta. It’s so yummy. This place is fantastic. I ordered pick up by accident and they drove it over to us anyway. Wonderful people. Excellent food.
