We used to love to come here and enjoy eating here but feel like the quality is drop. The calamari is too greasy and the portion for the pasta is smaller than before ( I didn’t take a photo) .The wrap is okay. However , we will be back again to give a try and add more photos.

Reason I’m giving it a 5 star is because of the young lady named Brittany. Such a beautiful young lady! Her personality and how she treated customers is something that many restaurants need to teach their employees! Her mannerism, her attitude and how she carried her self was the true definition of a sweet, kind and dedicated person who enjoys doing her job. She went above and beyond. If you decide to eat here please ask for Brittany!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Wonderful atmosphere. Service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Definitely above and beyond average. Food was excellent. Everything was delicious, lots of options not your normal pizza place, more of a full choice Italian restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. Loved this place, would stop in again every chance we can.

Really good food and if yours ends up not being, then it’s a rare situation. Pizza from here never usually disappoints. Love the various pizzas. Other items on the menu are not bad either. There is a good reason why it’s always busy on a Friday night. I feel if a place is busy, there is a good reason. This happens to be their food. Other stuff is amazing as well.

First time here. Waitress (Ashley) is very experienced and friendly. I had the pizza, which was excellent. Family had chicken francese, salad and pasta. Salad was fresh and crisp. Chicken was perfectly prepared with just the right amount of lemon. The 1 star reviews are misleading and almost made me miss this restaurant. Overall five stars.

I’ve been here many times along with others. There is an employee who works here who seems to not like her place of employment as we have noticed when we eat here. I believe her name was Modesty when one of my companions asked her name. The young lady always has a face with an attitude as if she is not happy to be at her job. When asked how her day was going she complained about her job, the people that work there and her boss, which is very inappropriate. A couple of weeks ago we ate at Franks we walked in to her having a huge argument with a gentleman….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a family orientated restaurant and it would be sad to see it go downhill having workers such as this young lady working here. Even sad to see them lose business because of said employee. Hopefully they resolve this matter soon. Otherwise my group and I will no longer choose to eat here to deal with such ignorance.

The absolute worse! I ordered over the phone and was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there and was totally ignored for another customer although it was evident that I was next in line. The guy was courteous enough to say “he was here before me .” No way they could have missed me. I was then asked for a number and I explained I was not given a number. The guy at the register shrugged his shoulder like “I don’t know what to tell you! I then told him what I ordered and he just looked at me. Frustrated, I walked out. I was embarrassed and couldn’t believe I was being treated like that. Never again! For some reason chain restaurants act as though we are doing them a favor up in the poconos. I know how to keep my hard earned money in my pocket. I guess it will be a Top Ramen kinda night! Make sure you get a number or you will get the shoulder shrug a.k.a “I don’t know what to tell you!”

Great location, extremely accessible located in the plaza off Rt.611. The staff is very polite and professional. Eat in dining is not available at this time, however they are open for take out orders. If you’re a “garlic knots” fan…. they’re absolutely amazing here…

Fairly good food combined with the lack of local competition has made me a regular for a number of years. I’ve been quite pleased with their pizza, but with take out orders of anything else they ALWAYS screw it up. It’s getting to be the running joke with my family: “Let’s see what Frank’s messed up this time!”
