It was really great to come back to Frank’s after years of being away from the area. My wife and I each had a (very generous) slice of pizza. We also ordered lasanga and the cheesesteak, both being large portions. We look forward to returning when we are back in town!

This was our third time visiting Frank’s and, for the third time, we were 100% satisfied. The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly, and the place is CLEAN!!! Everything we have tried was very tasty and prepared well. I have no complaints whatsoever nor any recommendations for improvements. This will be one of our new regular places to eat out. I rate Frank’s AAA+++ (my highest rating)

So as I travel a lot for work. I like to find small towns that have Mom & Pop places that are out there and support them.
I located Frank’s Pizza and decided to give it a try.

The young ladies recommended Calzone so I did and had Black olives, Pepperoni, ham with mozzarella.

So after the anticipation the disappointment I seen as I opened the box was already there.

1. Calzone was not cut
2. It’s served right into the box no food paper on the bottom
3. Could already see the grease on the bottom slowly oozing out.
4. Using imitation mozzarella cheese is just not the best.
5. There is no flavor at all not even the dough has flavor.

Seasonings as Basil Italian seasoning garlic parsley

Just adding the small things it will very much enhance your taste buds.

I would like to see this wonderful place thrive and keep going.

My mom and I met 3 other family members here for lunch at around 1:00. 2 split a sub (I think it was Italian), 1 had the cheese pizza, 1 fried chicken sandwich, and I had the parmigiana chicken sub with fries. We all thought the food was delicious! It was a little crowded, but there was a table available for the 5 of us. Our server was friendly and the drinks and food were delivered quickly! We’ll likely be back the next time we’re in Fairfield!

Nice family restaurant. My family stopped by on our way East with the moving truck in tow. It has a great view of the hillside and is kid friendly even having painted murals from Disney on the walls. The staff accidentally charged us the wrong bill but ran out after us having realized their mistake. That was both kind and brave. My family had pizza on the specials night making it super cheap. Great prices made even better with specials. If we lived in town, I’d go again.

I work out of town every week, and I have pasted the sign in 81 several times. I finally stopped. As soon as I walked in, the ladies looked at me like a deer in headlights. I looked around as they stared, and I had to ask, “Do I just sit myself? You’re what?” After seating myself, the girl was quick with a menu and took my order. Got my drink. After getting the pizza, I ate, and another lady who was cleaning a table walked by and asked if I was good. I said I was. I finished my drink and waited, but nobody came and asked if my empty cup needed refilled. The lady that asked came to me with a box. I had only eaten 2 pieces of pizza. I felt rushed. She put the box on the bench seat and went to walk away and I had to ask her for another drink. She brought it to me. The first woman never came and asked anything after taking my order. The 3 females just stood up there talking. I was very disappointed with the service. The place wasn’t busy at all. I tip good. Waitresses only make $2 something an hour. They depend on tips. But I don’t like paying for a service I don’t get. The state and federal takes to much out of my hard earned check as it is. I only left $2. I didn’t want to leave anything. I did like the pizza. But driving almost 4 hours to a hotel close to work and being disrespected, in my opinion, without proper service makes me really question if I want to go back.

This was the best place to visit after five hours on the road. I had the spaghetti with meatballs which cones with 2 slices of garlic bread and salad. The pasta sauce was so good, I asked if they could sell it in a Mason jar because I would buy a lot of it and bring it home. Reminded me of my Mom’s when I was growing up.

Great stop if you’re in the area. Would give the pizza a 6.8 out of 10. The calzone was stuffed and overflowing with cheese and the fried pickles were tasty. The prices are incredible for the amount of food we got. We will definitely stop again when we are passing through

Just off I81, very convenient and scenic location. We stopped to take a break for lunch and decided to try someplace that was local and not a chain restaurant. Very attentive and friendly staff, made me feel like I’ve been going there for years despite being my first visit. Pizza was great, service was fast. You can tell it’s very popular as people were continually streaming in to pick up orders.

I was surprised when I looked over my receipt the next day and noticed a service charge added for using a credit card. At no point did I see a sign or notice anywhere in the restaurant letting customers know there would be an extra fee.

As a business owner myself, I understand the costs of accepting cards—but transparency matters. Customers deserve to know about any additional charges before they pay.

Hopefully, the owners will address this, because the food was good, but unexpected charges leave a bad impression.
