Ok I stopped to pickup dry cleaning and my kids were hungry so we went in to grab slices to go and now I HAVE TO REVIEW THIS PIZZA!!! It’s incredible! What I would call a “crispy” as opposed to “crusty” undercarriage quickly gives way to an almost sourdough level softness for an amazing bite of cheesy pepperoni…..out of this world…and it was to-go pizza we got from behind the counter! Not even fresh!!! when my boys and I took the first bite we all stopped and looked at each other….and we know our pizza….ill say this…portnoy would love this pizza and even tho this is basically 40min out of our way we will be making the drive next time we treat ourselves to pizza. A+!!

food is great but the workers are extremely unprofessional. as someone who’s lived in this town for 27 years, I am very unsatisfied. I understand no one wants to work but this is beyond. you are better off ordering from a screen. picking up is always at least 30 minutes of a wait and our order is ALWAYS messed up and they act confused.

I haven’t been satisfied with franks pizza in hopatcong. I shouldn’t have to ask them not to burn or overcook my food everytime I place an order. Its been happening more than not. For instance, the last order everything was burnt the garlic knots, salmon, chicken rolls. And they didn’t use all fresh ingredients in the salad either. We were all so very disappointed. Their prices are far from cheap. I hope the owner reads this and they are able to improve the quality of their food. We order out to have a treat, but its been a disappointment.

I grew up in town and used to come to Franks once in a while. It’s been a few years and figured I’d stop for 2 plain slices a couple weeks ago. The woman behind the counter took two slices off the tray and said there was a third tiny slice, like a sliver of a slice and she said I could have that too and put it in the oven. I thought it was nice, throw that in for free. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized she charged me for three slices. The third “slice” was about half an inch wide. I feel ripped off. The pizza was okay, a little too salty. I won’t be back.

Ordered a rice ball for $7.50 and it literally came with a crumble of beef and only 3 peas. And an average salad was 14.50 and literally half of it is soaked in oil. I’ve never been so disappointed. Terrible food and arrived cold. Do better!

My quick story experience from them today was my dad putting me on speaker and asking what pizza i wanted and the owner went out of his way to make a fresh penne vodka pizza himself because they did not have one left.

pizza was very good, a bit greasy but not an issue. good flavor sauce and cheese. crust had a good bite.
meatballs were very good, 4 to an order at their size is great. very flavorful, fall apart tender.
the knots were also very good, not greasy at all.
first time here, will definitely be back

Had my daughters baptism here and service was ridiculously good. Sergio and Lubia really went above and beyond to make this experience as stress free as possible. The food was amazing! I would 100% cater from them again and even have another event here.

Pizza is good but for some reason when you order buffalo wings it will either be buffalo sauce which is what I order or some spicy hot sauce which clearly isn’t buffalo. Ones red ones orange….
