I ordered a club and steak and cheese. They burnt the club. It was awful and the didn’t even melt the cheese on the steak sub I had to put it in the oven when I got home. Only 2 little tomatoes on it. The steak sub tasty funny and I was afraid to eat anymore of it so I had to throw the rest away. This is very disappointing bc I had to order late didn’t get home till late and starving and unfortunately when I got home they had closed: . I have had issues before with subs once before but thought it was a one time thing and I would give it a second chance. Big mistake. I paid $26 I feel like I just donated my money to them. I know this is a lot of complaining about this but it was just so disappointing, I’ll never go back I gave them two chances and they haven’t made any changes.

My husband and I got the little buffet while there. Everything seemed pretty average. I didn’t get the spaghetti and meatballs but my husband did. He said the sauce was just ok and the meatballs were a little bland. I noticed the garlic knots were very dense. Over all not a bad experience.

Our table of 4 had a good experience. Great spot to stop by before grabbing ice cream or bowling, just down the street!
Service was incredibly personal and helpful. A+ representation of a family owned business.
Food was fresh and tasted great. We felt that the preparation could’ve been done a bit better. For example ricotta cheese missing from the calzone, no scoring, possibly some presentation or color to the pesto pasta, etc. little things that would certainly make a big difference.
We did especially appreciate the discount received for buying 6 beers to finish off, the cannolis are delicious.
We plan to return in the future! Hopefully they’ll have some music playing and tables full.

Went to the Williamson Rd location to eat for the first time and it wasn’t bad. The garlic knots were a little tough if you like them softer and the Alfredo didn’t have enough flavor for me. The shrimp with the noodles was cooked very well with a great “grilled taste” and the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was really good. While the servers were nice, it wasn’t busy in-house when we went, but our table was not visited again after our food was placed on our table until we asked for our check at the end. I would come back to try the pizza and get the sandwich and give it another shot. Pics: @nokesidefoodie

Got take out here last week. Food was really not good. The “Toasted Italian Bread with Cheese” was just a sub roll stuffed with sliced provolone. Wife got an Italian sub with fries and the fries were plain and mushy. My Caesar salad was fine, but nothing special. Overall, very disappointing.

I’m a severe celiac, so finding actual GF food is not easy. My first time having a GF pizza from Frank’s & I absolutely won’t get a pizza anywhere else now. First of all it’s a 12″, every bite is just as fulfilling as the last, they don’t skimp on their toppings, reasonable price, so delicious I just can’t find the best word for it. Rhonda also showed me other GF options they have which I will most definitely try soon. Stop looking for a GF pizza, go to Frank’s, your taste buds & gut will be very pleased!

A very pleasant place to spend time with family or as a couple. A very cozy place to enjoy delicious Italian food. I was surprised by the amount of food they served us; my family and I loved it. I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10.

I’ve ordered from Frank’s through DoorDash several times, but I’m officially done. I’m tired of paying for extra pizza sauce that never shows up. It happens on almost every order. If your restaurant can’t afford to include the sauce people pay for, maybe stop selling pizza altogether and stick to things that don’t need sauce because you’re clearly lacking, and no one there seems to care. It’s been an ongoing issue for the last 3 years. Every single order!

I ordered my son a kids spaghetti. The spaghetti had little to no sauce & no meat. The noodles were dry & were sticking together. I ordered myself a Supreme Stromboli with meat sauce for dipping, they said that they didn’t have meat sauce, just marinara; I added an extra one. The marinara was ice cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. And after eating half my Stromboli, I found blonde hair inside my Stromboli. I just threw it in the trash after that. My fiance wanted to order himself something but decided not when he asked for 2 common Italian dishes, & the lady said they didn’t offer neither. The Franks in my hometown (Danville, Va) is excellent, authentic, fresh, & has a variety of dishes & sauces on their menu. This particular one in Roanoke, VA is the absolute WORST restaurant I’ve ever experienced! I wanted to return it but they had closed by the time I got back to my hotel & opened my food. I would not recommend this Location.

I had to ask the cashier 3 times for my sauces. The subs were burnt and not very good. My wife wouldn’t even eat hers. Waste of $40!!
The toasted ravioli was ok & edible.
