The customer service has also improved so much. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes such a difference. The new owners are very kind and genuinely care about their customers.
It’s great to see everything being filled back up and brought back to how it should be. The whole place feels refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend stopping by you won’t be disappointed!!!?
It has been a while since I was last here, but I never had an issue until today. The place is clearly under new and poor management and ownership.
I walked in around 12:00–12:15 and was the only customer in the store. I went to the back to order hot food and asked for a grinder sandwich. I was told I could not order one because “the lady in the back who makes them was busy.” That was strike one.
Strike two came after I settled for a two-piece chicken combo. While my order was being filled, I asked for four chicken tenders. By that time, other customers had started coming in behind me. To my surprise, another employee came out from the back along with the same woman who was supposedly too busy to make my sandwich. They immediately began taking other orders. Meanwhile, the employee helping me disappeared to get BBQ sauce.
Strike three came when he took so long in the back that other customers ordered all of the chicken tenders. I had placed my order first and was simply told, “Sorry.” I then asked for an additional two chicken breast combo, but again, because my order taker had disappeared, other orders were filled first and there were no chicken breasts left.
The food bins were nowhere near as full as they used to be. There was clearly not enough food prepared for the lunchtime rush.
Now I understand why the outdoor signage changed a few months ago. The new owners either could not get or chose not to apply for a liquor license. So if you have not been there in a while, do not plan on buying adult beverages for your next party either.
I will not be returning.
