Placed the order online as I was close by and their service was fast, bags were ready when I arrived and the lady behind the counter was really friendly.
Hush puppies were good love the clam strips. Chicken strip basket was good. The catfish had a slight off taste. I would not order that again. Other than that everything else was five stars.

Ok this place is fantastic! I recommend the Chicago style shrimp. The breading includes a little garlic and I’m guessing some seasoning salt. Really good. Catfish filets were good. Great service. It was our first time and the nice lady gave us a few freebies to try. Carry out only. Worth the trip!

Seriously good seafood and great service. I love the Shrimp. The one with garlic is my favorite. There’s a large variety of different seafoods and sides. The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick. I like that they have different sizes so that of I want to try something different I don’t have to buy a whole pound. They have been there for 20 years. That says a lot about a business.

VERY OVER PRICED!!
Shrimp, fish&chips are honestly not good at all. Shirmp was worst iv had yet. Tasted very frozen & had a fish smell & taste. Only reason im giving a 2 star is because of the hush puppies. They were okay. Not planning on coming back.

Have not had their shrimp in about 4 years and that was at the Archer location. First time at this location. Same great breading. Definitely going back. There are no places better than Frank’s.

I usually go to the one by archer and kedzie but it has been permanently closed. Bummer I have been going to that one for many years. However this is my first time trying this location and it was just as crispy and fresh as the other location. Called in the order and it was ready by the time I got there in 7 min. Service was great.

First time coming to Frank’s. I decided to give them a try because of the reviews. I went to the Burbank
location. The lady was friendly and kind. I was not impressed at all with the shrimp. The shrimp have a old and fishy taste. They taste freezer burnt or like they had been in the freeer too long. I got the chicago style which were described as garlic flavored. These were the most bland unseasoned shrimp. They lacked flavor and seasoning. I didn’t like them at all. The coctail sauce was good though. Next time I will just take the trip to Bob’s shrimp in Indiana, if I want delicious fried shrimp. I definitely wasted my money at this place.

They cheated me on ten dollars which I was told would be deducted from my next order. I went today.Lady tells me “oh no you only have 75 points”.I said why did they tell me that ten dollars off next order.They give you no proof of how many points you accumulate.They can lie, which I found out.No posted signs of points you earn on orders.Place stinks of deceptive practices take it from an ex cop I know .

1st time at Frank’s Chicago Shrimp House, I wasn’t disappointed! Ordered the Chicago Shrimp with barbecue spacy sauce and it was amazing! Seasoning was on point. Size of the shrimp are big and that’s alright with me. Definitely will go back. And don’t forget to order fries!
