What a wonderful find! I stopped in to try out their breakfast burrito, but was enticed by their Monte Cristo and ate at the bar instead! Jensyn provided excellent service each time I was in. This is more a comfortable diner than what you would think of a typical hoagie place. The Monte Cristo was excellent! In subsequent days I had the California Benedict, Franklin’s Skillet, and the Roasted Turkey Bacon Club Hoagie for lunch. All excellent! We tried many of the top local spots, especially on 4th, and this was my favorite by far – great food, great staff!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! No joke they have award winning Eggs Benedict. Everything was so delicious. Very reasonably well priced. We will definitely be back.

When you get a chance to eat breakfast in a small, cozy neighborhood spot, you try it. Franklins did not disappoint, quirky, fun staff offer quick quality service.
Only ate breakfast twice but it was perfect. Real crispy potatoes, homemade sausage, fabulous bacon I had it all with their ghost pepper sauce. Surprisingly tasty and not unbearably hot.
Honestly, I loved this place and could see my diverting to town just to come here.

Time and again we are loving this place. We have branched out and tried other places. The vibe, the service, the food and its presentation, freshness and flavor remain a solid “5” EVERY time. Prices are also very fair. My only suggestion is ridiculous but, finding a supplier of top of the line coffee, fresh grinding the beans and having French press would make this a “6 star” place. (Told you, I am ridiculous).

I’m a chef and it’s hard to find a good potato cake, I take it very seriously chef Joe always comes through not only is the food exceptional every time I come but so is the price, service and atmosphere I don’t have to look at the menu because the special is Amazing every single time.

Extremely friendly and engaging staff. My server recommended cream cheese and jalapeños in my classic Philly cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. That was maybe #2 in all of the traditional cheesesteaks I’ve had. This place is a true gem!

Suchhhh a cutie hidden gem of a spot. The name is deceiving- as they have breakfast and lunch all day!
Chicken fried steak was a little small but delicious and the gravy was amazing.
The staff was fantastic – like beyond friendly and helpful.
It’s tight in here but so cute and definitely going to be a spot we hit again.
Update: this is legit a year later and I got the French dip and it was so good I went back for another the following day. Like. The meat to bread ratio was perfection! Ya know when you eat a French dip and allllll the meat just falls out of the sandwich bc its overloaded? Ya no not this. Amazingly flavorful.

We really enjoyed our food here! Very flavorful! There is a discrepancy on the prices I saw posted online. It’s actually cheaper than what is posted. Ie: online, the price for the Eggs Benedict was $17.95. In person, the menu said $10. I’m not sure why the difference.
